Drive into this secure, guarded, gated community surrounded by water and an 18-hole golf course. You are now on Desert Island. You are about to enter the only luxury high rise community in the entire desert. Approaching the building you’ll be greeted with a modern, inviting lobby. Take the elevator to the 5th floor to a spacious 2100 sq. ft. apartment. The view starts as soon as you walk in with glass walls overlooking the tree line. This end unit apartment has 270 degrees of breathtaking views. Facing East you will see Palm Desert and to the South Rancho Mirage from the South facing 9’x15’ open balcony. Take in the sunshine or have a breakfast coffee on a high-top table.
From the living room and bedrooms is a 12’x60’ covered balcony with mountain views looking Southwest toward Palm Springs and North to the Shadow Mountains. You can see the windmills in the pass.
You have arrived to relax at a luxury tranquil retreat in the sky. You can sit inside and open the stacking glass walls flanking the Linear gas fireplace or watch the 75” Samsung Smart TV while enjoying this million-dollar view. Meanwhile enjoy your evening cocktail or beverage of choose at sunset. You have arrived to one of the few residences that truly touches all your senses.
The bedrooms are large, the master is 15’x30’ and a retreat of its own with retracting sliding glass doors to the balcony that becomes part of the room. The view in the morning is a pleasure to wake up to as you look at the sunlit red colored mountains called the Santa Rosa’s. There is enough room in the master to set up your office for Zoom meetings if you need a quiet space to work with a desk and office chair. The recliner lounge chair by the window can face the 65” Samsung Smart TV to watch your favorite show, game or spin it and get lost in the view.
The walls are decorated with a variety of large paintings by local artists. Let us know which one was your personal favorite.
