Bright by the Beach" is the place to be in Blue Mountain!

Our fun & colorful home is the perfect space for any getaway. With 2 complete Master Suites, a Queen Suite, and a Bunk room, you can bring everyone! An Additional upstairs lounge offers a hangout spot plus there is a pull out couch as well great for additional kids. 4 full bathrooms plus a powder room. Upscale community with incredible lagoon-style pool with waterfalls, an observation tower, grill, fire pit, and hot tub. 6 Seater golf cart & 4 Beach Cruisers!
The space
Spacious rooms. Outdoor Patio and Grill. The Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances: blender, toaster, keurig, coffee maker. Enjoy your welcome gift that contains 6 keurig pods, 2 custom mugs or glasses, and a few other fun items. Get creative making clay bead bracelets when you're not at the beach. The house has a great variety of boardgames and some toys for younger guest too. If TV is your jam, you can put on a different show in every room.

Guest access
Pool Access: Just a short stroll from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated Highland Parks community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach

Other things to note
~Beach access is a few minutes (3-5min) away via bikes or golf cart. There is golf cart parking at the Blue mountain beach access. I recommend being on the beach at sunset as well.

~4 Beach Cruisers for you to enjoy. Hop on 30A and bike down the beautiful paved path. If you need tandem bikes or kid sized, you can check out the bike rental just down the road. Lock and pump provided at house.

~6 Seater Golf Cart. Cruise down to Seaside and visit all the hip spots. Endless restaurants, shops and beach access points to visit. Access to golf cart comes with home. Must be 25 years old to rent, copy of drivers license required and waiver for release of liability must be signed.
