Enjoy the fully remodeled kitchen, vaulted ceilings throughout, open floor plan, and STUNNING ocean views! All windows have been replaced, along with all furniture in living room and both bedrooms! This accommodation is a premier unit at The Wailea Ekolu property!

The Primary Bedroom features a King bed and a private ocean view patio to enjoy! The bathroom has been remodeled, and features a full-size washer/dryer to use during your stay. The Guest Bedroom features two twin beds with another private lanai off the bedroom in a garden setting. The guest bathroom has also been remodeled!

When you think of Hawaii you imagine awe-inspiring views, amazing sunsets, and the natural beauty of the wild Blue Pacific. These sights are a daily pleasure from the comfort of your own private lanai and living area! Enjoy the un-obstructive Ocean Views, Kahoolawe, Molokini and West Maui Mountains! You may also see Whales during the winter season too!

Great location and convenience!! This beautiful appointed home is situated on the Fairway of Wailea's elite Blue Golf Course. Walk along the Ekolu walkway pass to the World's Top Beaches, The Shops at Wailea, Five Star Hotels, casual to fine dining restaurants and more.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The location was great for the conference i was attending. Parking was free and easy. The place was very comfortable and spacious. The air conditioners were a little loud in the bedrooms as they were wall units. The kitchen was great. i would stay here again.

Location and view are amazing!

This complex is a great location and the views from this unit are stunning! Unit is very spacious and fully equipped. Two notes to consider, the unit is fully carpeted which we didn't love (including the bathroom areas) and it is very dated and in need of updating. Also, this unit is close to the road, so at rush hour times the traffic is quite loud; not the worst but worth noting. We had booked a late check out on our last day, in which we got locked out of early but the property manager was quick to respond and helped us out, which was great. Overall, pleased with our stay.

Great Wailea Location

Great location with gorgeous high water ocean views! Perfect for sunsets on the lanai. The unit is well equipped and had everything we needed. Very convenient location. It is a 5 minute walk to a shopping center that has a great coffee spot and also an awesome tiki bar. Not much further of a walk to the Shops at Wailea. Short drive to the beautiful beaches of Wailea. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Great communication. Great view.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. While the kitchen is smaller than in some of the other condos we previously stayed, everything was great. Always quick to respond to questions and ensured the two twins were converted to a king, prior to arrival.

Great location and great view

We have stayed in these units prior and this was a recently updated one. It had a stunning sunset ocean view and was just a short three minute walk to great coffee. A perfect location to have fun on island and wailea is so nice. Highly recommend, also a wonderful property management team. We needed to stay later on our check out date and they were able to accommodate us for a small fee. Such a pleasure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect, an A+. The unit itself has a phenomenal view, and we would stay here again. (furniture and carpets are a bit dated, the insects definitely made an appearance or two ... or three). All in all, we would give this place a good score. We really love the location, patio, the kitchen was in good shape. Working with CBIP Vacations was a great experience. Next time we visit in Maui, we'll aim to stay once again in this unit.

Perfect as always!

We have stayed at this complex in a couple different units. They grounds are always beautifully maintained. You are just up the street from shopping and dinning and a quick walk to the beach! We enjoyed this unit and have no complaints. They beds were fantastic. Many times the mattresses are sagging and soft which makes for uncomfortable sleeping but these were nice and firm and we slept great every night. The unit has a couple beach chairs and umbrellas to make the beach more enjoyable too. Would stay here again.

Stunning View!!

We just returned from a fabulous week in Wailea! The condo was exactly as it appears in the pictures. We walked it and were hit with the most AMAZING view of the ocean! That is just one of the benefits of being up so high on the hill. The kitchen was very well appointed. Everything we needed for grilling, baking and cooking. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but adequate. The dryer stopped working while we were there, but the response from management was very swift. It was a wonderful stay.

The perfect spot

A beautiful view greeted us every day. Perfect location to access nearly a dozen different beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. All of the benefits of the big resorts without the cost or crowds. And very quiet (other than a bit of distant street noise and lovely birds)

Great Wailea Condo

We stay in Ekolu each Feb for a week. This condo met our expectations with a great view from Building 5. Our only critique would be the remodel to board up the windows in the living room and second bedroom. Plus, we ran out of hot water when several of us used shower back to back - not a big deal. The remodel to open up the kitchen area was a nice touch. The beds were a bit firm but it was nice to have a king bed in master. Awesome view and nice upgrades. We were also extremely glad to see the pool access moved to a code instead of using keys.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SOME rooms were upgraded, bathrooms were old and in need of a makeover. Not what was pictured on website. Carpets in a bathroom should not exist-YUCK! Bathrooms chipped paint and washer/dryer with big plastic tubs were our view. Response from rental “We haven’t updated all the photos.” Hmm, seems you “updated” with photos from units other than OURS. Regardless, it was clean and staff was helpful. Probably would not stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company called first morning to see how we liked everything. We said very noisy first night. She said "they had never heard that complaint before and probably an event, hope your second night is more peaceful." Well the noise did not change it is constant as it's right next to a major street. I read previous reviews and several made comment on the street traffic noise. The property management must not have read the reviews? We left after the second night. I asked if they could reimburse us at least a night and have not heard back yet. Had we known I would not have asked for any refund. The view is absolutely beautiful! I do agree with other reviews, outdoor furniture could be improved and carpet looks worn, baseboards missing in second bathroom. I would have liked disclosure on the description of road noise and for property management to have not discounted our experience as the "only complaint they've heard on road noise". The cleaning crew did a great job to make it as clean as possible. Just wanted to add our experience so you may make a decision best for your vacation.

The condo is a 5 minute walk to the mall and alot of restaurants. Also a short walk to Hotel Wailea and Four Seasons. We drove to the public beach and it was perfect. You could probably walk too. The area around the condo is green and lush. Highly highly recommended this condo. Can’t wait to come back!

You need to be aware that in the guest room you can hear some road noise, but this does subside at night. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Maui!

Spectacular view!

As an owner at Ekolu I rented this condo for my sons. The condo has amazing views and the location in the complex is ideal. The condo has been nicely updated and furnished beautifully . We enjoyed many evening sitting on the lanai mesmerized by the expansive views. The one thing that the condo would benefit from is a better outdoor dining table and chairs. I will rent this unit again! Everyone loved it!
