The place is spacious and comfortable. Outdated but clean. The only thing that was dirty was the couch, stains everywhere. The kitchen is really well stocked.

Our stay was great; the location was ideal and within walking distance to the pool. We enjoyed how quiet the area was and the fact that it was monitored 24hrs, it made us feel safe to walk about and even do some night swimming. The unit had everything we needed for out stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone looking to stay within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Amazing Place, Will Stay Again!

Responsive Management, Great Location

We were in immediate need of a place to stay because of the Kona storm. This townhouse fit the bill. We loved the proximity to shops and restaurants. The pool was close and very nice. The management company was very responsive to our every request. We recommend this property.

Highly Recommended Maui Retreat

Wailea Ekolu 510 was a fantastic place to stay in Maui. The location was great, and the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Even though we had some bad weather during our trip, it still made for an amazing home base and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the place had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at this Wailea condo for a week with two friends, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The patio views were gorgeous, it was spotless, and the whole place felt incredibly peaceful. We loved being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and cafés in Wailea Village, and it’s also just a 3 minute drive to great beaches and The Shops at Wailea. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Views, Responsive Host

Killer location. Loved the easy access to the restaurants and shops. You're right in the heart of Wailea with easy access to all the beaches. Great views of the ocean from the balcony. Host was very responsive when I reached out with questions. Only hang up was with door access code....they had sent it to me 3 weeks before my visit and I never really looked at the email....thought they would at least do a same day check in follow up with door code. Not a big deal. Ended up calling in and they gave me the door code over the phone. The only real downside was the furnishings are a little dated and worn but I think the price point reflects this. And not really a big deal since the house was just a home base for us to explore Maui, the beaches, restaurants and outdoor activities. Would rent again.

Very best communication, great view, well equipped with essential utensils, located near shops, restaurants, etc. Does have some stairs so may be more difficult for mobility impaired. Could use upgraded sofa, but other than that condo is very accommodating.

Great Wailea location

This condo complex is a great location....walkable to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Condo itself is comfortable and was spacious for a family of three.

Perfect for Friends & Family—Well-Stocked Wailea Gem

We have stayed in Maui Wailea many times and try and come every year. The location of the unit is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The unit was well-stocked and spacious. Patios are nice and the beach chairs are all in good working order. Views are nice in the mornings off the patio. Nice place to come with friends and family.
