Kevin’s place was a great stay. It’s a condo on the beach with a great view of the sunset every night. There’s a couple of good restaurants and a trolley stop right in front of the building. The trolley will take you into Clearwater beach or all the way down to St. Pete beach, but the beach in sand key was always less crowded. Kevin was a very responsive and welcoming host. I’d definitely book this condo again

Sand Key Condo

We loved staying at this property. The location was great and the condo, even though only a studio, was perfect for us. Kevin was a great host.

The view was awesome.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Our stay was wonderful and Kevin was a great host. The condo is close to everything. The kitchen had was well stocked. You will never get tired of the view. Thank you Kevin for your hospitality and the use of your condo. We will certainly try to rent from you the next time we're in Clearwater.

Wonderful Experience

We've stayed here for the past three years and enjoyed every minute of it! The view from the balcony is breathtaking and has to be experienced, words alone cannot do it justice, the sunsets alone are stupendous. Sitting on the balcony either with coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail is what it's all about. We especially enjoyed our meals on the balcony, all of them!! breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is perfect for whatever your needs, public transport at your front door going both directions, no need whatever for your own car. As a matter of fact I think I used my car only twice and once was to go the the Wagon Wheel flea market. Whatever strikes your fancy can be met right across the street. We particularly liked Backwaters for happy hour and such. Shopping for beach wear, a convenient market, real estate, donuts, you name it, right across the street. I cycled in the parking lot at Sand Key park while my lady walked the beach and then we met for donuts across the street. Had to replenish our calories don't you know. I loved the place and Kevin and Victoria were exemplary hosts and I highly recommend any one to stay there. We are off on further travels so we can readily recommend that you make reservations now.

Outstanding Vacation

Our month in this studio apartment was a wonderful experience. The location could not be better, located on the Gulf with shopping and restaurants directly across the street and just minutes from the main area of Clearwater Beach. The apartment is clean and well-appointed and has a great view from the balcony. Kevin and Victoria are great landlords. We would recommend this rental to anyone.

Blessing in Disguise

This is our 2nd time staying here and it is absolutely beautiful. For my husband and I this place is perfect. The condo fits us like a glove and we have more than enough choices of what to do and where to go when we are there. The owners are really sweet and great to work with. They are very accomodating. Wonderful Seaside Stay

I stayed six weeks. This was my third time in this well-appointed studio. Comfortable big bed. Fast, reliable internet. Good TV. Kevin, the owner, lives nearby and is very friendly and accommodating. The many photos accurately reflect what you get. The grounds, like the studio, are clean and well-maintained. New couches and balcony chairs and new paint on the balcony have been added - looks like a new bed as well - since my last visit. I've met owners and renters who I have become friends with in all of my visits. See my review of a few years ago for additional kudos. Can't recommend this studio highly enough. Already booked for May.

Great location, clean and attractive.

This condo was better than advertised. Wonderful location. You could be here without a car because there are restaurants and shops across the street and a trolley that can take you to grocery & drug stores and more restaurants. We hardly ate out because the view from our balcony was beautiful. It was also quite large for a studio. We loved the pool and beach so much we booked already for March, 2016. It was very clean and Kevin the owner was very easy to work with.

Very nice. As advertised.

I stayed at this wonderful studio for six weeks. It couldn't have been nicer. Pool and Jacuzzi were first rate. The beach is great for walking, and being from New England, the water temperature was fine for me, although not many people in the Gulf late in the year. Fine restaurants within walking distance. This is an ideal place when you're past the days when the north part of Clearwater Beach is a bit to noisy and active. Owner Kevin couldn't have been nicer to deal with. I certainly hope I can return.

Sand Key condo rental

My wife and I just returned from this fantastic condo. Cant say enough about our stay. Everything was just as the owner said. Panaramic view of the Ocean. Great pool and jacuzzi. Beach was excellent for long walks. Only stayed for the month of February. Wish we could have stayed longer. One of the things we really liked was we didnt need a car. Trolly and bus to pick you up right in front of the condo. First time flying to Florida for a vaction , and I didnt miss the drive at all from Michigan. Plus if you need to rent a car you can rent one right across the street. Also across the street 3 restaurants grocery store ice cream Dunkin Donuts and plenty of shops. Thanks again Kevin had a wonderful time their.

We have visited the Sand Key area many times, our 1st time to this condo in Landmark Towers 1 is on the 14th floor on the beach with spectacular views, looking down on a great pool area, nicely furnished, clean, with everything you need for a great vacation. A bonus is the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants directly across from the condo, and if you enjoy beach walks, this is the place!

stunning views

we spent 3 fabulous months in this condo on the beach may june and july. we have rebooked for 2014. the condo is lovely and clean which is important to me. its nicely decorated and has everything we wanted. the kitchen and lounge are a good size. the beds are comfortable. theres plenty of towels to use and sheets. the shower worked excellent. the pool and jacuzzi are great and one of the best we have found along this beach. the pool goes to 6 foot which is nice and its heated. we had internet connected while we were there and it was a very good price a month with brighthouse and they were excellent. the balcony has stunning views over the beach and up to clearwater and its great to watch the storms from. the walk to the beach along the wood decking takes 3 mins. because we timed it. you get a free parking spot. the jolly-trolly stops outside the condos. theres restaurants opposite and the backwater restaurant is great we didnt try the others plus a food store, ice cream parlour, cafe and cloths stores. 2 adults and 2 young children would be fine in this condo. the owner was very nice and helpful.

Perfect location - relaxation at its best

Enjoying our ten week stay at this beautiful, well maintained complex. We fully endorse the previous reviewer's comments and location is excellent. The owner has been very helpful, met us on arrival to show us all facilities and, as you walk through the door towards the balcony, the view is absolutely stunning. It is very convenient for buses and the trolley service will deliver you door to door should you wish to shop for groceries at Publix. Car rental is also within very easy reach, a short walk across the road.. Beautiful stretch of beach for walking and watching schools of dolphins chasing fish and so nice to have a lovely pool and jacuzzi to return to at the end of the day. It is a lifestyle we shall certainly miss at the end of our holiday and give it our full recommendation. Thank you, Kevin, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Wonderful Oasis!

I just returned from a January stay in this suite and I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely Studio Condo to anyone looking for a well appointed accommodation in a well managed building. The owner has taken the time to tastefully and comfortably furnish the Suite with everything a guest would need including 100% Egyptian Cotton Sheets and Plush towels. The queen size Murphy bed was very comfortable and there was a pull out couch and loveseat as well as dining table with 4 chairs. The views of the beach from the 14th floor balcony were spectacular and the sunsets superb. The balcony had a comfortable table and 4 chairs which expands the living area. The condo would easily accommodate a single / couple or family of 4. The pool (heated) and hot tub were well maintained. The condo is conveniently located across from a strip mall with great restaurants, Coffee shop, Convenience store and gift shops. Easy walk to Sand Key Park and for the ambitious, Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. The Jolly Trolley stops just outside the building. The owner was very professional and pleasant, lives locally and is available if you have any questions or concerns. My experience was A+
