The house appears to have been renovated recently and was in excellent condition. The house was clean making us feel at home and comfortable. The host provided lite snacks and beverages which was a nice touch after a long journey.

Great home, great lication.

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, lots of space. Just blocks from restaurants, grocery, bank etc. Being a block off lovely Corbin Park to take walks is a bonus!

College graduation

My family spent a wonderful weekend here for my granddaughter’s college graduation. It was a beautiful home with many great amenities. We all enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable stay

House was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, even plenty of toys for the kids. Central location with easy access in and out of neighborhood. Entire house was clean and comfortable.

Perfect home away from home!

This home/property is beautiful! The hosts have thought of absolutely everything to make you feel right at home! It was spotless, the decor was charming, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without hesitation! 10 out of 10!!

Wonderful Spokane Home

House is fantastic... super clean, as well stocked as any VRBO we've ever stayed in... owner lives close and is available... it was perfect for us... 8 family members for 3 nights. Would recommend highly. We were there in winter and plenty of space and stuff to do around the house when we weren't out and about.

Family fun

We came out to Spokane to visit our daughter and her husband. Our son and his wife traveled with us. Kristi was a great host and was quick to respond to any question I had. Location was close to many great spots and the house was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

We once again had the best experience staying here! Check in was so easy. The house is always well stocked with everything you need. And when I say everything I mean everything. If you think you might need it, they more then likely have it provided. The house is always clean. Cannot recommend this house enough. This time around we had 6 adults and 2 children. Lots of toys, games and more.

Awesome place to stay!

The home is absolutely beautiful. It's freshly remodeled with space for your group to gather. Everything was very clean and the space was decorated with great style. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed and each space has what you need. Three bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, ample space for the crew to gather for meals or games. The host has thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Kristi and Jesse were terrific hosts for our group stay in Spokane. Kristi was extremely communicative and clear about expectations, amenities, check-in, check-out times and although we didn't need to contact her at any time, I know she would be responsive if needed. The property is clean, comfortable, and plenty spacious for our group of 7 adults. Kristi's attention to all the little details that make a stay special is what really stands out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances you might need and we also were delighted to find coffee, creamer, sugar, a variety of spices and cooking oils in addition to snacks and drinks. The bathrooms each have numerous conditioners, shampoos, body wash, razors, shaving cream, etc. plus plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, fans, white noise machines, hair dryers. She has thought of everything. The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and was perfect for our three night stay for a local wedding. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay here. You can always count on a well stocked kitchen i.e., large variety of cookware, dishes, utensils. Some places you have to bring your own coffees, creamers, foil, etc. or run out to a store, but these are always stocked which since we only use Uber when we go to Spokane, saves us some time and dollars. The house is also easy to find and near numerous places. Tech is up to date. Lots of lights indoors and light from outside. And the 2x we've stayed there it was cold weather so the blankets and afghans are perfect. I honestly can't think of a negative to put in.

Nice roomy property, very accommodating hosts

This is a lovely home that had plenty of room and seating. Kitchen was well outfitted for cooking and had many extras, including coffee, basic cooking items, etc. that we have not found in other properties we have used. I asked each of our party and they all agreed with these comments. Plenty of parking available. Beds, pillows comfortable. Convenient to many things in the area. 3 of us came in from south Texas so the numerous throws were greatly appreciated. Lots of good, well thought out information provided by the hosts.

Wedding time in Spokane

Had a wonderful time at the Craftsman House. Very comfortable home to stay in. Hosts were very accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. Hose has almost everything you would want to make the stay enjoyable. Nice backyard with chairs to relax in and a gas grill for BBQ's. There's a very nice front porch to sit out on and watch the world go by and being from the South front porch sitting is mandatory. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to just relax or to visit the area. We were 5 adults and our 4-year-old grandson and had a wonderful time. There's even a "Hide-Out / Cave" under the staircase for little ones to sit and read with pillows and a light. Nice touch for travelers with little ones.

Everything you could need or want in your home away from home.

This home and our stay was the best experience we’ve had in a home away from home. We flew in for a 70th birthday with our family, including babies and young kids(which can be very stressful, if ya know ya know)! In the days before our trip Kristi was reaching out to offer any assistance that could make our trip smooth and comfortable. She set up a high chair and pack n play bed for baby. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil, seasoning and gadget you could want and there was even enough supplies for a meal or 2. It was even stocked with things I didn’t even realize I needed, sound machines, fans, full sized toiletries, and games/entertainment for every age!The home was not just beautiful but incredibly clean. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Spokane!!

Beyond Expectations!

We wanted to gather our family together in Spokane for the holidays and this house was beyond perfect. It is a classic bungalow in a historic part of town so it has plenty of character but totally updated and upgraded. The entire house is well laid out. The kitchen is high-end and equipped with new applicances. My husband is a very good cook and he was impressed with how well out-fitted it was with pots, pans and cooking gadgets. There is a large table that seats eight so perfect for our dinners with relatives. All the rooms were immaculate and the hosts were very thoughtful in anticipating even the smallest needs of the guests. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in the house that after a day or two, it felt "like our own". A real compliment to the hosts. We intend to be back!

We can give this property two thumbs way up. It was exactly as advertised and there is a reason Kristi is a super host. We did not lack for a thing. So many nice extra ammenities, plus she readily agreed to our request for fragrance-free laundered sheets and towels. She even left some lotion in one bathroom that was fragrance free. The kitchen was also so well stocked that we had everything we needed. I never had to contact her once during our stay. She anticipates needs before they arise, promptly responds to messages before arrival and there is just no downsides to mention. Rent this property with full assurance of getting a wonderful vacation home.
