The space
This vacation home started as just a couples retreat were couples enjoyed the upstairs master suite pool and bar area with all the amenities. Because of many request from repeat guest I have now decided to offer the entire home to witch will accommodate ten to twelve guest. Master site opens up to the lower half of the home. but still has private entry.

As a GRATEFUL HOST, we want to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Firm Cancellation Policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.

No Smoking in the house.

Pets are allowed.

Quiet time is 10:00 pm until 8:00 am to respect neighbors. NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE AT ALL.

If guests are found to be having had a party, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Bar Area does not have not air condition please open sliders and use fans keep french doors to the house closed at all times to keep AC in. This should include all exterior doors.
PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use & put them back where you found them. Must not have excessive cleaning required do to stains on furniture, rugs, drapes, pillows, bed skirts, lamp shades, décor, oven, BBQ grill outside or driveway, etc.... No trash left behind. All trash must be taken to the outside trash cans. No linens/towels are to be lost, stained or damaged. Replacement fee will be charged. No inside or outside toys, games, corn hole, basketball, balls, chairs, tables, coolers, etc… are to be let outside. All must be put back where you found."Extra" cleaning fee will be charged accordingly ($25.00-$200.00).

We provide "A LOT" for our guest & their families so they will have the best experience ever. Please be respectful of all our belongings and rules.

Feel free to use the barbecue grill outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be required. You may also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied but left sometimes.

Please do not rearrange our furniture.

Pool area closes at 10:00 pm. No Lifeguard on duty at anytime. Swim at your own risk. To avoid injury, no bombing, diving or running in the pool area. Children are not allowed in the gated swimming pool and dock area without an adult actively supervising in the space for safety and as the lifeguard in an emergency. No drinking glass or glass bottles are to be taken in to the pool area - only plastic items allowed.

Fire-pit table and chairs MUST have Adult supervision at all times during fire use. Use at your own risk.


Extra guests fee is $40 per person per night
Early check-in or Late check-out if available is an extra $50 fee per hour.
