What a beautiful and tranquil setting!! My family loved this house and its location! The dock is on another level and the pool and jacuzzi were great! Susan is the best as well as Johnny! Very communicative and responsive! Would stay here again!! As a FYI Susan is very generous with amenities for the house!

Susan is a wonderful host. The property is spectacular…pictures don’t capture all the charm of this slice of paradise. Amenities are more than any other property I have visited..every detail was thought out with care and attention. We will be back to this property for sure!

The property manager was kind and responsive. We used the many kitchen items including the smoothie machine! Our family loved the hot tub, pool, lanai, and expansive pier. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset every night. We were surprised to hear of a last minute pool heating fee. However, we travelled in February, so it was worth the unexpected expense.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! We enjoyed fishing off the pier. We even saw manatees! The pool is perfect. The location was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. We will definitely keep this rental in mind if we travel back to the area! I would recommend this to anyone! The host was exceptional as well!

What a great experience. The house was impeccable, super comfortable beds, great location and excellent river view. The pool was heated as well as the hot tub. Host communicated with us all the time, check in was super easy. We definitely will be back

The Best Time

A group of us from Michigan spent the week. Everything was excellent. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The dock……wow!! Everything we needed was there. We had the best time!!!

Beautiful house!

We truly appreciate the hospitality of these hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate us and provide an excellent stay for our family. One of the cleanest homes we’ve had the pleasure of staying in, modern appliances, and a beautiful view. We will be sure to stay in the future when staying in Fort Myers.

This house was perfect for our trip. My husband and I were there for a month with family and friends visiting at different times. I’ve never rented a vacation home that had such a well-equipped kitchen. Absolutely amazing. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts were great and very attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing

Family thanksgiving

My family and I wanted to get away from the cold in Atlanta to Florida for thanksgiving and I can’t express how much fun and relaxation we had at this home. First the host made sure that all our accommodations were met and always checked up on us to see if there’s anything we needed. The home is beautiful and plenty of space for your family. The view on the dock is breath taking. If you decide to stay at the home you wont regret it.

House on river was everything as said in discrimination- very clean -nice landscaping- updated kitchen and baths-comfortable beds and furniture-plenty of room to spread out. Heated pool and hot tub and grill a plus. Dock was a great place to watch spectacular sunsets and fish. The amenities were above and beyond . There were 8 in my family and we were all comfortable and happy with neighborhood and convenience to restaurants,shopping and beach. Management was a phone call away if you needed anything . Plan to go back.

A gem in Ft. Myers!

What a wonderful week! My family and pup needed to go to Ft. Myers for my son's baseball state tournament and being that we didn't know how many days we needed, figured it was easier to stay at a home than a hotel. Everything about this property and owner was fantastic! The home was beautiful and had every single amenity you could ever want. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and chock-full of items for your use. The BACKYARD! What more can I say? Huge pool, hot tub, tons of outdoor seating, a dock to fish off of and huge grassy area to play. Wonderful vacation with a wonderful, accommodating host. Highly recommend!

Laura and her family were amazing guests! Kept the house so tidy and clean. Absolutely no traces of the pup!!! Respected the house as if it was their own. Obey all the rules and kept an open communication. We were so blessed to have such wonderful a family staying with us along with their fur baby. What more can I say, Laura is an idealistic guest! I will be o happy to have them back anytime!
