Level 2: Bedroom 1 (Queen) & Bedroom 2 (Two Twin XLs) share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

While having a car is recommended to fully explore the area, many attractions are just a short drive away. The townhome offers free parking for up to two vehicles, and additional parking is available near the tennis courts and boat launch area. If you’re bringing a boat, there’s dedicated parking for your trailer nearby.


Pets: If you're bringing a dog, the pet fee is included in your quote when you select ‘Yes’ to pets. If you forget, the fee will be added later. For more than one dog (up to 2 max), please contact us. The fee is per dog, per stay. We provide a dog bed and bowls!

Garbage: The property is located in a state park reserve, and due to bear activity, there is no on-site community trash service. Garbage must be taken to the convenience center, located 7 minutes away
Age Restriction: Guests must be 25+ or accompanied by a guardian.
Enhanced cleaning: All bedding and surfaces are sanitized per Airbnb standards.
Security: Exterior Ring cameras monitor the entrance, lawn, and parking areas for your safety.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
