The beach is right across the street (30A), on the other side of the beachfront homes, with public beach access just a few steps away! The second-level patio, with park bench, picnic table, and rocking chairs, faces the gulf, providing a wonderful setting to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in the distance. Two long driveways and multiple access points ensure utmost convenience.

And out back? Seven sun-loungers invite you to bask in the summer sun next to the gorgeous private pool! The entertainment area also features a spa, large TV, and comfy seating, making it an ideal spot to unwind, just steps away from the serene Blue Mountain Beach.
