Ski In / Ski Out Newly Remodeled Condo on Holiday Valley Resort! Relax and recharge in the nicely appointed condo and maximize your time on the slopes! 17' ceilings really make this place feel huge and open. Max guests of 6. Beds are as follows: 2 queens, 1 twin and a full pullout couch bed. SnowPine Village is nestled in a wooded setting ski in/out until 4:30 12/26 -3/15 and the convenience of skiing back to your condo. Hiking and biking trails are nearby as well. 25 min renter age.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

On Holiday Valley Resort. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire condo.

The entire place is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups.

-Only 2 vehicle are allowed to park at condo (passes are in condo). Only 2 parking passes provided for Holiday Valley condos, overflow parking is in Snow Pine public parking lot.

Ski trip made easy

We enjoyed our stay at Snow Pine village. The condo was new and clean and well supplied. We were very comfortable and it made the trip very easy.

Wonderful weekend

The property was very clean and well-stocked. Even prettier than the pictures! It was perfect place for 5 of us to stay in town for a weekend wedding. Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the winter for skiing!

Perfect ski in ski out

The place is deceptively larger than I originally thought. We comfortably fit 6 and is the perfect place the ski in, ski out. It's about 5 minutes from downtown and right next to the lift at the base of the Wall.

Great Location and Amenities

This property is exactly as pictured and described. Easy ski and ski out with lots of space. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would need to prepare a meal. Fridge was spotless. We have already booked it again for next year.

Family Christmas getaway

Very well equipped, comfortable home! Perfect location for skiers interested in skiing at Holiday Valley (ski in,ski out). Quick easy drive into town for those who do not ski to shop and enjoy many restaurants. Village of Ellicottville wonderful, quaint place to relax and dine after the days events with family and friends. Thanks for the excellent accommodations.

Great Spring Ski Getaway!

My husband and I along with two of our young adult children stayed here for two nights at the beginning of March 2024. Weather cooperated for some great spring skiing! The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The coffee options were great as well. Although we only had 4 people we would not hesitate to rent this unit again with more people next time! We had a fantastic breakfast in Ellicotville on our way back to Canada as well!

Awesome location/clean/comfortable!

Great experience! 2 families stayed here (4 adults, 5 kids), so having ski in/ski out access was awesome and made things much easier and less stressful. Would definitely stay here again! We had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was very clean. The only hiccup was the lack of hot water to take more than one hot shower back-to-back, but otherwise it was a great stay. The communication with the property manager was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, clean ski in/ski out!

Ellicottville Eclipse mini-vacation

Our family of 4 had a great 3-day weekend in this well appointed condo. Our contact, Adam, was able to answer any questions we had immediately (it was amazing, he was lightning fast)! The photos accurately portray the unit. It was cozy and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The condo is located not too far from downtown. Ellicottville has some great shops and restaurants, and isn't too far from Buffalo/Niagara Falls, in which we visited on a day trip. We also visited Nannen Arboretum in town on the day of the total eclipse. Although it was a cloudy day, we still had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly, even when I was wearing my Eagles gear (Go Birds)! We loved our time in western NY. It was a weekend filled with a lot of fun and good memories.
