Location

The place was great. The location couldn’t be any better all the shops and restaurants. I just outside the door and it’s only a five minute walk to the quieter part of the beach.

Great condo in a great location

Nice 2 bedroom condo. Very walkable location. The rental agency was great. The one challenge is that the cable package only gets about 5 channels so if you want to watch tv bring some sort of streaming device.

Great location in the village

Condo was very comfortable and convenient for restaurants and shopping. Loved the Morton’s Market for just about anything! It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but the cooler on wheels helped a lot! The island shuttle allows you to visit the island without a car. Love Siesta Key and the beach is awesome!

Amazing condo!

We enjoyed our week stay here! The condo is cute, clean and great location! We would love to stay again sometime! The only recommendation I would have is to maybe pack extra towels. We washed them daily so it wasn’t a big deal though!

Vacation

We received a text with the codes and were able to check right in, all questions were answered. Location is great, walking distance to everything. The condo was clean and exactly as it appeared. Great vacation, I would highly recommend this property.

Never Again!

We flew from Texas to Tampa to stay at this property. We were sent a text 10 minutes before check in stating that there was no wifi or cable TV. A member of our party was planning to work during the trip. The rental company was not overly apologetic saying only they waited all day for Xfinity who never showed.and would be there 2 days later, our last full day! They offered no reduction in payment or any comps of any kind. We adked for another property and the tried to send us to a 2 bedroom 1 bath for 4 adults, with no pool!!! Needless to say, our trip was completely ruined. We could not find a comparable property. Shame on you all!!! They should have given us the courtesy of a heads up about it being out prior to 10 minutes before check in!!

Toilet

The toilet in the unit below us flooded, the renter had to come and tell us please do not use it when we got back from breakfast. Then 4 hrs later the plumber asked us not to use and shut our water off for awhile. We could not use the Master bath all of Sunday and Monday when we left. Just wish management had contacted us

This place was great! It had two full bathrooms, one ensuite and one in the hall. It is also so convenient to restaurants, shops, and the beach! I parked my car in the lot when we got there and I did not have to get back in my car until we left. Totally walkable area! There was a beach wagon, chairs, and pool noodles available for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the in-unit washer and dryer were awesome! The whole place was so comfortable. We were so close to restaurants that had live music, cute coffee shops (if you visit Siesta Key, you should check out Project Coffee, their coffee, pastries, and breakfasts are soooooo good) and beach access! Throughout my stay, if I needed anything I would text the number of the host company and I got a helpful response within a minute or two. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Some hiccups but a nice place

The unit was very nice, comfortable and conveniently located in the Village. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with appliances. The beds were comfortable. We would return to the unit in the future. On the downside, the instructions we received were incorrect. I was told to.park in the back and that door will not open with the code I was provided. We spent about 30 mins trying to contact someone who could help us. We were told to access the pool we only had to push on the gate. It required a key which led to us not having access to the pool for a week and a half during a two week stay. We chose the place because it had a pool. There were three seats at the pool and this was for a large number of units. We woke up one morning to a flooded kitchen floor from a disposal failure. The unit did not have a mop. It was repaired quicky by a technician. When we were told we could possibly check in early, it was only within an hour of our normal check in. Hardly worth anything in my opinion. When they say that the unit provides one day of items, trust them. We had no coffee filter, no washer detergent, a small bar of soap and no dishwasher detergent or trash bags. You will have to go to a store or bring your house with you. We did the latter and made it buying some other items at Publix or Morton's.
