Wonderful WATERFRONT lake house for 14 guests!

Welcome to PARADISE! Enjoy breathtaking views from the dock or yard. This property features two structures: a main house and bunkhouse, with beds for 14 guests. Setup is ideal for a few families to share. The house is a short drive to many restaurants and 15 minutes away from Rocker B Ranch.

The main house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bath. The primary room on the first floor has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and the two bedrooms upstairs share a detached bathroom. The half bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor.

The bunkhouse is a great retreat for kids and adults. On the second floor are four bunkbeds (queen beds on bottom and twin beds on top) and a private bathroom. On the main floor are table games, board games and comfy chairs to relax.

This property has tons of outdoor seating, including chairs, couches and picnic tables, and space to spread out and enjoy being outdoors. The private dock boasts the best views of the lake and is equipped with four, large and comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy the day. There is always plenty to see on the water and beautiful, unobstructed views of the sunset. The rope swing on the second story provides for a fun way for thrill-seekers to swing into the lake!

The firepit at the edge of the yard and surrounding seating are perfect for cool nights for a fire and roasting marshmallows. A BBQ grill and Green Egg are available for use during your stay. The outdoor showers feature hot and cold water for a quick rinse.

We love spending time at the lake, year-round, and welcome guests who treat the home like their own and leave it as they found it.

This is NOT a party house - guests must follow house rules. Boat ramp is less than 1 mile away and offers free launching and overnight parking. Due to the wavy and windy conditions on the dock, boats will be damaged. To care for your property and ours, boats cannot be tied to the dock overnight.
