Valentine Point en el 34 1/2 Mile Mark

Las actualizaciones 2017-2018 incluyen algunos nuevos muebles de cubierta, nuevas alfombras en las habitaciones principal y de invitados, un nuevo sistema de HVAC, nuevas 50 gal. calentador de agua caliente, lavadora y secadora nuevas, TV de pantalla plana nueva en la habitación de invitados y hemos reemplazado todas las sábanas. Tenemos más mejoras planificadas, pero nuestro lugar nunca se ha visto mejor. Espero verte pronto.
Nuevo para 2015. Nueva nevera, estufa, lavavajillas y alfombra de gran sala. El lugar se ve genial !!!
Nuevo para 2014. Hemos reemplazado la alfombra de entrada, cocina y comedor con un hermoso piso nuevo de baldosas y hemos agregado televisores de pantalla plana en la gran sala, sala principal y litera. También disfrutarás de nuestro nuevo muelle con una gran plataforma de baño y un deslizamiento de 12 x 34 pies. Aquellos de ustedes que se han quedado con nosotros antes apreciarán la amplitud del nuevo mazo agregado en 2013.

Nuestra casa cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con una excelente vista al lago, vidrio de piso a techo, perfecto para el entretenimiento. Gran piedra, chimenea de leña, cocina totalmente amueblada, comedor, gran salón, utilidad, baño y cochera. Salga de la sala de estar a su gran terraza, con vista al lago, muchos muebles de patio. Habitaciones: la habitación principal grande cuenta con una cama king-size, baño privado y camina hacia el área de la cubierta, la cama Queen-size de la segunda habitación y el baño completo compartido contiguo. Dormitorio tipo loft: cama doble y dos camas individuales en litera completa.
Gran sala / área de comedor: las puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren a la gran terraza con vista al lago. La gran sala cuenta con un área de entretenimiento (internet y wi-fi, televisión de 50 pulgadas, cable y reproductor de DVD-CD blue ray con Netflix), así como control de audio en la cubierta y el muelle, chimenea y 2 sofás (uno es un durmiente)


Ubicación y estacionamiento: Esta casa está ubicada a la salida de la autopista 5 y Brownstone Drive, justo al este del puente Hurricane Deck a los 34MM. La casa es fácil de encontrar, tiene estacionamiento para aprox. 4 autos con cochera.

We stayed at this home for a long weekend and it was perfect. The home is beautiful with a lovely, stocked kitchen, a living area with lots of seating and three nice-sized bedrooms. You'll want to be outside and this home has lots of opportunities there -- from large decks with tables and chairs to the nice size dock right in front of the home. The view went on for miles. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Book this home! You won't regret it.

Art was amazing! He was able to allow us to move our reservation and opened the home early for us.It is a very comfortable house with a beautiful view and private dock. We very much enjoyed renting a boat and the lake.For the property, unfortunately the cleaning and some amenities were unacceptable.Biggest of all, the Weber grill was in disrepair and only one burner actually worked. We count on the grills on these vacations and bring food to grill for the whole family every day. We had to cook our meals inside in the oven, which was not ideal.The windows were extremely dirty, which is a big detractor at a lake house with a great view. I ended up cleaning them myself. Overall, bathroom cleaning and some of the floors could have been better as well.Finally, the smallest thing, the light under the microwave was burnt out. Art came and fixed it the next morning.If they put a little more TLC into upkeep and maintenance, this could be a 5-star place. The location and property are great!

Great location

Great location. Lake was busy but not too busy. The back deck was big and our dogs loved playing on it. Art was very helpful and responsive! Would stay again.

Wonderful home and great location!!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and it was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space and such a great location! The views were amazing and the dock was great to have to swim and enjoy the boats driving by! Would definitely stay here again! Art was great to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Sunrise Beach!

We had a lengthy stay. Everything met our expectations. We knew we would have rough water. Noted the cove to Captain Rons was a bit rough on the boat due to traffics in and out of the cove for speeding up and slowing down but nothing you can do about it. View was beautiful. Parking was great for extra company and truck and boat trailer. I think we were blessed on this vacation. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby and the Woods Grocery store was close. Neighbors were friendly. Would recommend to others.

Wedding weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the fact that much of our time was spent at the wedding venue. But, we when we were there, we found the house and the grounds to be very relaxing. Should we ever get back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Family Retreat

Every year we pick a new vacation spot for a family get together. This year we chose Lake of Ozarks. Art was fantastic as a host. Kept in communication with us. Home was clean. Will definitely keep in mind for future get aways

Art gave great restaurant suggestions. House was right on the water. Great dock. Boat/Jet ski rental. 2 minutes away. Plenty of room for our 6 family members and pet.

Weather nice, Bugs horrible

Would liked to have met the host. We were not able to enjoy being outside on the deck due to an invasion of bugs & dead bugs on deck furniture, siding, & windows which was no fault of the owner. Dog hair throughout, & on furniture we felt could have been cleaned much better. The view was beautiful & enjoyed sitting on the dock with our golden retriever.

2022 Vacation

Home’s cleanliness was below normal standards. We had to wipe out refrigerator & freezer prior to use. Bathroom floors were dirty plus hair & dead spiders. No hairdryer supplied. Kitchen lower cabinet shelves were dirty, table chairs arms were gross with grime. Queen bed was very uncomfortable. The deck was nice, but wish it had Wi-Fi. Busy boat traffic area. Two days of fishing were disrupted by construction on the shoreline. Despite the flaws, we managed to have a great vacation in the Ozarks
