Enjoy your Angel Fire getaway at Benchmark 212. This bright, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps eight and is located close to the Angel Fire Resort ski base area. The arctic entry has a large coat closet and looks into the living room. You'll be cozy in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV with Roku and Dish service. The fully-equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and plenty of room for preparing family meals. The dining area seats five, plus two stools at the window counter. The washer/dryer is in a closet off the kitchen. A sitting room by the bedrooms has a queen futon and a large picture window. There is a full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom opens off of the sitting room and has a full bed. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a Roku smart TV. The en-suite bath has dual sinks and a shower/tub combination.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

Benchmark 212 is a pet-friendly home; up to two of your pets can stay for an additional fee.
This condo is on the second floor with two flights of stairs.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: Full bed. Sitting room: Queen futon. Living room: Queen sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning stove, flat-screen smart TV. Radiant ceiling heating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Benchmark 212 is just half a mile from the Angel Fire Resort base area. It is 1.5 miles (four minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 2.5 miles (an eight-minute drive) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
