This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay during our recent trip to Denver! The entire experience was great... booking, communication with Crystal, clean & amazing accommodations, amenities in the building, walking distance to great shopping and dining. Crystal’s place was great! Very clean, well stocked, great instructions for check-in/out. She thought of everything you can possibly need. She also left us personal items to use.Also, the building was so nice and we really enjoyed all the amenities. We sat outside every morning and night by the fire pit admiring the view. There are so many restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend her place!

Great Property at a Great Location

Great jump off point for Red Rocks and Downtown Denver/Cherry Creek shopping and plenty of dining choices within walking distance. Great amenities with at the property including the southern facing patio area attached to the apartment. We’ll be back!

Convenient and quiet

I was a little afraid that the apartment would be noisy, but that was not a problem at all. It is easy to get to, to get into, really well stocked, and a beautiful space. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

What a great place to enjoy what Denver has to offer. Centrally located to easily get to where you’re going (although, no major highways close by). Rooftop pool and patio was fantastic and fitness center and lounge being on the same floor was very convenient. Crystal was a great host and kept the unit well stocked.

Amazing building to stay in!

We absolutely loved the apartment. Had everything we needed. The building had so many amenities. Rooftop hot tub was our favorite! My son loved the latte machine in the building. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again when we come to the area. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and around the neighborhood.

Exceeded Expectations! Cozy. Comfortable. Peaceful. Beautiful Rocky Mountain and Sunset Views!

Amazing property! First off, Crystal was incredible. Very responsive (Puts dominos pizza to shame, responsive), respectful, and when I had to extend my trip twice, she was very flexible/accommodating. Now the home….It was perfect! Felt like I belonged. Great location, extremely clean, parking was easy, and she even stocked the place with coffee pods and hot chocolate! Amazing Rockies and sunset views. This will be my home away from home (DC) moving forward. ~ Kenny

Our Experience

Let's start with the positives of this unit: -Convenient location for shopping and eating out for meals -Well maintained and safe apartment building -Free Coffee machine on same floor level of unit (although it's in a room that gets reserved frequently and not available 24/7) -Rooftop pool and hot tub (view is pretty neat!) -Fantastic shower pressure Some disappointments: -Unit was not cleaned after prior renter before us (we were told by host that this is the first time this has happened) -After unsuccessfully trying to contact the host, we contacted Vrbo for support. Two hours after the initial contact was sent, the host said she was in the mountains without service. -Had to clean entire unit ourselves and do the dirty laundry and bedding of the prior guests that was piled on the floor so that we felt comfortable staying -Bed broken and extremely uncomfortable (we had to try to fix the bed ourselves so that it didn't cave in the middle). Host said she was unaware of this. Note: We were refunded a small portion of our payment for the items mentioned above by the host. The host also offered to have her cleaning crew come in but we had already spent two hours of our own time cleaning ourselves so it was a moot point. Host also extended the checkout time and stated she'd give us a discount if we decided to ever stay again.
