Perfect Stay in Pinehurst!

We had a great experience staying at this property. The house was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and beautifully renovated. It comfortably accommodated our group of five with room to spare. The location was ideal, just a short drive to downtown Southern Pines, which made it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and golf courses. The check-in process was smooth, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Relocation stay

The home is clean, in a nice area and not far from the base. It worked out great to be comfortable while relocating the family.

Pet friendly and the property owners were very responsive. I think the home needs a deep cleaning and touch up paint in certain high traffic areas. Additionally, there were issues with pest control which the service tech indicated they also had to be called out to the property during the last customers stay. Over all a decent house but just needs a better cleaning service.

Good place to stay in Pinehurst area

The property/house was perfect for us. It was larger than expected, great kitchen and dining area, plenty of sleep space. I was clean and well appointed, had all the essentials, and a few bonuses like coffee, snacks, toiletries. The house felt safe, and had a small yard for the dog. The neighborhood seemed nice, again for walking the dog because it was safe, and quiet, with little traffic. Location was good, close to downtowns and to golf. A good experience.

Great location, needs a deep clean

The location of this property is very convenient to downtown Southern Pines and the house is very nice. Unfortunately the inside of the house seemed to need a better cleaning… walls/doors were very dirty and towels/linens seemed very old/past their prime. The beds were not comfortable (one extremely hard, one extremely soft) but there was plenty of space for my family. The experience would have been much better with a deep cleaning and some refreshed linens.

This small home was perfect for our needs. We loved the variety of snacks left for us on the table. It was a great location and we felt very safe. One drawback was the incredibly soft mattress in one of the bedrooms. None of us was able to sleep on it and we ended up on a trundle bed in the third bedroom. There is a shelving rack missing in the refrigerator to hold a second bin, so each time you opened the refrigerator door, it slid out. Final drawback was dirty dishes in the sink, which the owner apologized for as a cleaner oversight. Also, a dirty towel was left hanging in a bedroom closet. Overall, it was a great place for our needs and would definitely recommend this house. I believe they might want to re-evaluate their cleaning service.
