"Sea Ya está a una corta distancia a pie de todos los tesoros de la comunidad, incluidos los crossovers de playa accesibles para carritos de golf, las piscinas comunitarias, los estanques de pesca de Port Aransas y el elegante restaurante Lisabella's. La suite del dormitorio principal también se encuentra en este piso, escondiéndose en privado detrás de la cocina. El tercer piso de esta inmensa casa de playa está maravillosamente amueblado con una gran litera. Con seis camas individuales y dos dobles, este hermoso y único alquiler de Port Aransas puede alojar hasta ocho personas.

Perfect Group or Family Getaway!

Reviewer Comments: Great location - literally a playscape in the side yard which our little kids loved, and only a few houses away from the central lawn (where the ice cream trailer is!). Parking spots were a nice surprise and the house was well-appointed. Of note, the top floor loft does not have a door to the big bunk-room.

Perfect Thanksgiving Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Sea Ya' over Thanksgiving week with our 5 year old daughter and my parents. First of all, the Management Staff was AMAZING on having this rental ready early for us and did a great job on accommodating our every request and question. The location of this home is superb, being right next to the lake for fishing and next to outdoor games. The interior layout was fabulous with the first floor being perfect for our family, including kitchenette, since we sleep later, and the 2nd floor with kitchen and master for my parents who rise much earlier. My daughter used the 3rd floor bath and love it up there but didn't spend as much time as anticipated since the TV did not work on the 3rd floor and maintenance could not fix it while we were there. No worries...there were 5 other tv's in the house. We loved that this house has so many porches and outdoor spaces to relax. If one side of the house was windy or too sunny, we just moved to a different porch. It was very well planned out. The house was clean. The beds very comfortable. I would say that the comforters/decorative pillows on the king beds and 2nd floor couch/chairs are showing some wear and could use replacement soon, but it didn't detract from our stay. Great home and highly recommend!

It is perfect for kids because of all of the bunc beds. Also, the location is perfect because it is right by the little play area. Our 3 year old loved it! The only negatives we have to share is that the grill does not work. Also, we saw a roach upstairs and downstairs. I hope these things can get fixed.

Perfect Location and Layout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is fantastic! Fully stocked, neatly and nicely maintained and in the perfect location. It sits directly next to a park filled with games, like corn hole, which is super convenient if you have teenagers. And don’t let it scare you away—never noisy or crowded—it’s like a personal playground. It also appears to be in the middle of the community so it seems equidistant to pools, town center and entrance to beach. We rented a golf cart—would not come to Cinnamon Shores without one. The layout worked perfectly for our family of teenagers. It was also fully stocked—kitchen, beach towels and games. Would definitely rent this house again.

There's no non stick pans for cooking eggs in the morning which was very inconvenient. Also the kitchen needs new and more variety baking/roasting pans and new utensils (tongs, big spoons, spatualas, etc). The railing on the porches was covered with bird droppings and needs to be power washed.

Central location near all the things

Beautiful house, perfect for 2 families!

We had 2 families stay with so much room! Beautifully decorated & comfortable for 2 families! Lots of places to hang out. Wonderfully stocked with everything we needed, except a wine opener but the office provided one for us. Close proximity to everything. (Games were even conveniently next to the house!)Loved the patio overlooking the lake. We love Cinnamon Shore!

Perfection!

We loved the house and enjoyed every bit of our Easter vacation. We can’t wait to come back and the house was perfect. We loved being next to the lake and the proximity to the pool and ocean. The house was clean and well equipped. Such a wonderful time was had by all!

My favorite rental house ever!

We had an amazing time at Cinnamon Shores and particularly loved this house. The layout of the house is perfect for large groups, especially with kids who love the bunk rooms. The house and furnishings were as quality as anything you see in someone’s permanent residence and the kitchen is really well equipped. Check in and check out were seamless and communication was outstanding. We are definitely coming back!

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location and we had a wonderful time here! We had two families stay here (4 adults and 6 children ages 8 months to 10 years). The view of the lake was wonderful along with being right next to the lawn games for the kids. The house could have been much cleaner, we had to sweep the floors ourselves upon arrival as there was dirt and dust all over the floors. The rug in the master bedroom either needs a deep clean or to be replaced. We couldn't use the drawers in the master closet as there was some trash and other items in there. The kitchen is a bit small with an awkward layout when you have a couple of people trying to cook or clean. The kids loved the third floor bunk room but there is no door so the kids would get woken up when anyone was in the living room below. There were only 4 beach towels so we had to purchase some more. Very limited spice selection so you would need to bring your own. I would also recommend bringing your own laundry detergent as they only give you 4 pods. These minor inconveniences did not detract from our stay (just some things I would want to be prepared for next time).

Perfect family getaway

The home was set in a prime location within the community. We were pleased with the overall community and everything it had to offer for the young kids. Perfect House for a Family Getaway!

Perfect getaway!

We had an excellent “Covid getaway” in port Aransas! The house was absolutely perfect for our group which consisted of our family of 6 plus two sets of grandparents! There was ample space for everyone, and the kids loved the bunk room upstairs! The house was gorgeous and had so much space inside as well as on the multiple decks and patios. We were located within perfect walking distance to the beach, as well as a deck view of the lake and dock area. The house had everything we needed for a super relaxing and perfect long weekend!

Amazing house

The house exceeded our expectations. Our kiddos were in heaven with the space and location of the house and so were the adults. We will definitely be planning another visit to this house.
