Plenty of room for those who prefer to sip their pina coladas in the sun and plenty of space under shade of the umbrella. Light up the grill and let the festivities begin. Rest assure most of your meals will be served outside. The pool is heated for $20 per night and remains comfortable year round. The home is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including cable, Internet and much more. The beautiful Gulf beaches of Manasota Key are a short car ride away. Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
