Estamos listos para recibirlo en nuestro CONDOMINIO DE PARADISE BEACH, ¡con electricidad y agua!

Ahora con Wi-Fi, nuestra unidad de 2 BA-2 BA, planta baja, totalmente equipado está ubicado en una comunidad cerrada y tiene capacidad para quedarse cómodamente a 6 personas. Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y 4 camas de una plaza (2 literas) en el segundo dormitorio. Hay dos baños completos para su conveniencia. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavadoras y secadoras. La sala de estar / comedor tiene una unidad de aire acondicionado, así como las dos habitaciones. Los accesorios adicionales incluyen: parrilla a gas, dos televisores de 32 "" con Roku incluido, tres sillas de playa, toallas de baño y playa, dos neveritas de playa, ropa de cama, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar, juguetes de playa y juegos de cartas. Se encuentra a solo unos pasos de la piscina y 200 metros caminando sobre la grama de una de nuestras playas vírgenes, canchas de tenis y área para jugar. Ofrece un estacionamiento para su conveniencia y se encuentra dentro de los 5 min. de conducir a la selva tropical de El Yunque, 30 min. del Bio-Bay, a 5 min. de los Kioscos de Luquillo, cerca de 5 cursos de golf y ferries a las islas de Vieques y Culebra. Supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes y excelentes tiendas también están cerca. El aeropuerto está entre 30-40 min. de distancia de conducción.
¡Es un lugar excelente y asequible para unas vacaciones inolvidables!

Great Family Getaway

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. Very close to the pool and the beach. The neighborhood wasn't too busy or noisy. Coffee on the patio, watching the sun rise, and then a walk on the beach was my morning routine. The hosts were great with communication and everything was as advertised. If you are hungry and want a good meal at low cost with an amazing view, I recommend Erick Pinchos located at the top of the hill.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

We were so impressed by this place. We expected that we wouldn't spend much time here and would be traveling around, but the place was so relaxing that we didn't want to leave.The pool is right outside! Amazing if you have kids — no hassle, no need to walk far or carry a bunch of belongings. The water in the pool was clean. On weekdays, we had it all to ourselves — a whole lotta pool just for us!The beach is right there too — morning, day, and night, just a couple of minutes' walk and the amazing blue water is right in front of you. Although Easter weekend was a little busier, the beach still didn’t feel crowded at all. On weekdays, it felt like we had our own private beach. It was windy during our stay, so a couple of days the waves were a bit strong, but still way calmer than at other beaches we visited in PR.The place itself had everything we needed and was actually bigger than we expected! Comfortable, nice, and stocked with extra stuff for the beach!The hosts went above and beyond with communication, providing recommendations, and making sure we had a comfortable stay! They even included photos and videos showing how to access the place, along with a pin on the map, so everything was clear and straightforward!Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we come back!

Awesome place!

Jose was great with communication. The condo is in a perfect location with a beautiful beach with in a 5 minute walk. The condo decor is outdated, but that didn't bother us a bit. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful Paradaise

Starting with the communication with the manager, Jose Luis was very accessible all the time. We had a delay due an issue with the plane and he was patience and demonstrated the apparent the facilities very polite. This apartment has all you need for a dream vacation, the pool is right there and the beach is walking distance. 100% recommended we can’t wait to return back.

accurate listing, nice property

Unit is clean, small living room space but fully adequate. Well equipped. large clean pool, beautiful beach area, only handful of people around while we were there, wonderful for long walks, but not a great area for swimming as quite wavy with undertow risk.

Quiet condo

Nice gated property. AC worked well. Washer & dryer nice to have but are so loud they need to be used when gone. Pool was wonderful & very close. Nice private beach, not always safe for swimming though.

Wonderful stay!!

The location of the property is absolutely fabulous with an easy walk across well manicured lawns to a practically private beach for miles. Also convenient to the National Rain Forest and Carabalí Resort with plenty of adventures and activities to do. The home was sufficiently stocked with dishes, cooking items, and linens…including beach towels and a cooler. Beach toys and chairs were an appreciated touch, and the pool right in your back yard was fabulous!

We had a lovely stay and everything there was close to do. Had a few issues with tv and a/c but called Jose Louis and he answered promptly and both were fixed. Great stay The Carrolls

We come to PR every year and so far this was our favorite stay! Our host was extremely thoughtful and polite and the location and home was absolutely perfect!!!!! Our family will be back for sure in 2025!

Amazing!

First time in Puerto Rico!!! Everything was as described! Jose met us at his property, went over a few things he wanted done, and answered our questions. He was extremely responsive before arrival when we had some questions and after he left when we had a few more. He provided us with some directions to a grocery store and local activities. The ground-floor property is a 5 to 6-minute walk to the beach. The beach felt private. Not many people out and about. The property is in a community that is gated with 24/7 security. We NEVER felt unsafe! There is a pool that is steps from the property. There is full cookware in the kitchen and a grill outside. We stayed for 7 nights. This will be the place we stay in the future when we return! My family loved it!

Idyllic beach

Location was outstanding just a few minutes walk to an idyllic, deserted beach. Communication with owners was great. They were very attentive and instructions were clear. Home was comfortable with all the essentials.

Great property choice

Very nice, clean condo, bed very comfortable, slept really well. Beach just a short walk using the walkway and great having the pool right outside the back door, a very nice pool. Several restaurants and activities close by, 5-10 minute drive from property. Owner easily accessible, contacted us a few days prior to arrival and stayed in contact until we met upon arrival at the property and was available to us if needed. Would definitely recommend, a beautiful island

A wonderful place!

We enjoyed this place very much! We loved the efficient communication with our host. Our flight was late in the day and they allowed us to stay until 2pm!! We liked the location because we could walk on the beach for an hour in the morning while our teens slept in. We really enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool which is right outside the door! It was close to El Yunque and we were on trails within 30 minutes. It was close enough to drive into Old San Juan too. We felt very safe in this super quiet and gated community! The place was super clean and was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, a bar of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper! The suggestions for improvement- provide a baking sheet (or two) and put both a fitted and top sheet (with blanket) on the twin beds. Would stay here again for sure!

Amazing place to escape the winter!

We had such an amazing stay here! Jose Luis’ place is clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities (including fun beach/pool toys), right across from a beautiful pool, and only a few short steps from a beautiful beach. The property is also in a fantastic location, close to the rainforest, other beaches, and not too far from San Juan. There were also quite a few excellent restaurants nearby and the kiosks at Luquillo were only a short drive. The property was a great home base. It was also a gated community and very safe, and the beach was private (we almost always had it all to ourselves). We also arrived late (around 10pm) and Jose Luis made sure that we had clear instructions on how to find the place and the key, so check-in was very easy. Overall, we highly recommend this place! For the value, you really can’t beat it!

Enjoyed our stay!

A very nice place - as advertised. The owner was incredibly responsive and the whole complex is secure, well maintained and quiet. We loved having the beach so close - and it was not crowded. The location couldn’t have been better to enjoy the water and the national forest - and close enough to San Juan for fun outings. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

My family and I had a great week at Juan and Mayra’s place. It was great access to the pool and beach. We felt safe at all times. The place was just as described. We could have used a few more blankets and wash cloths (we bought some when we went to town). The power went out once - but it is Puerto Rico and it happens (it was also the middle of the night). The only issue, my text messages were not going through so it was hard at times to contact Juan, but he was just fine with phone calls. Jenny the neighbor is a delight and so friendly! We would recommend this place/location to anyone who wants the beauty of the beach and quietness, and yet still close enough to the hustle and bustle. We will be back ☺️

Great midwinter getaway

Great property, Jose Luis was fantastic. They had New Year celebratory stuff including glasses and and gazoos. Everything was as advertised. Would stay here again. Only thing I would say is needed are some true reclining beach chairs for the beach.

Just Fabulous!!

We had a wonderful stay. My son 10 and nephew 16 really enjoyed the stunning beach and then directly across from the unit the sparkling pool. Great location not to far from San Juan and close to many activities and the Marinas for snorkeling fun. The beach is just lovely for Morning walks and all day fun, just a minute walk. Very isolated and never too busy. We really loved it and definitely would pop back!!
