Unidad 3064 es un dos dormitorios, dos unidades de baño que se acaba de remodelado y cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar. Wonderful time

From the time we arrived to the moment we left , it was wonderful. Even though the towers were being renovated, we had the use of our balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was nice but the property was run down felt like low income housing. The beach was crowded and after you pay for chairs people who bring their own are allowed to set up right in front of you, other properties don't allowed that. Our unit had 5 burnt out light bulbs and the freezer had so much built up ice in it that it wouldn't close.

A little disappointed

The furniture is worn, and uncomfortable, other than the small power recliner. The mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable, they are knotty and you roll towards the center when you lay down. The unit has been remodeled and is nice. There are no personal chairs or umbrellas allowed on the condos beach access, You have to rent chairs and umbrellas from the beach service. I think they were $35 per day for two chairs and an umbrella. If you bring your own you have to go to the next door properties beach and set in the back BEHIND their tenants. There were a few small chairs and an umbrella in the unit available to use. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. (Approximately 100 yards). The beach service people are nice and will point you to where you are allowed to sit with your own chairs AND (they do strictly enforce it). They will also not allow seashell hunting on or near the dunes.

Beautiful, Quite, Family Spot

Reviewer Comments: My wife, 4 year old, 2 year old, and I stayed in this place and was immediatley impressed by the cleanliness and overall furniture/layout of this place. The view is great and the place was quite. The beds were comfortable and the master shower was amazing after a day at the beach. I enjoy cooking and usually bring my own cutlery but this kitchen was stocked with good utensils and enough plates, glasses, silverware, to have guests over. No need to bring any kitchen stuff beyond spices and papertowel.

Everything was as described on the website. It was a nice location and we had an excellent stay. The only improvement I could see would be to include the beach service along with the rental.

Pristine Condo with Blue-Green View

Loved walking into this clean and updated condo! Kitchen was larger than expected and was well stocked. Main bathroom was roomy with double sinks and large shower. Enjoyed every morning on the balcony catching the sunrise, listening to the beautiful sounds of nature, and watching in awe at the blue-green bands of color of the nearby sea. I already miss this home away from home.

The property was very nice. We would have preferred towers 1 or 2 over tower 3 which we were in due to their being closer to the beach, but didn't realize that when making the booking.

DISGUSTING and hope to save another family the disappointment with this condo!

This was our 2nd year staying at Shoreline Towers. This particular unit was VERY disappointing. Not a great feeling to begin your vacation walking into a NASTY condo you have to stay in for a week! The place was gross...counters, food crumbs and sand and a sticky residue all over the floor, hair and toothpaste in sinks and a pile of hair in the shower. The furniture was DISGUSTING and in extreme need to be replaced with one chair that was pleather and 3/4 if the pleather was gone and couldn’t even be used. The rugs were disgusting and stained and food also left in the microwave. The list could continue but needless to say this was a HUGE disappointment! We called and had the place “recleaned” while we went to the grocery store came to find it no better other than the counters cleaned. We used sheets to cover the furniture to make do and purchased a mop and cleaning supplies to do the cleaning ourselves to make it the week. Destin is never a disappointment BUT this particular condo was and will hope this helps save another family the disappointment with this booking.

Great set up

Place was well appointed, clean, great location. I cant understand why there is no recycling onsite. I saved it all and drove it to the grocery who would recycle. Otherwise great!
