Encargados especiales !! Costa Torres De Pueblo 8 - Amplio y cómodo

Bienvenido a nuestra espaciosa casa de pueblo. De Pueblo 8 tiene dos dormitorios y dos y un medio baños. En la planta baja es un gran salón con chimenea de leña, comedor con capacidad para seis personas y un bar. Fuera de la sala de estar es un balcón abierto con vistas al lago. La cocina que se encuentra en la planta principal es todo eléctrico y totalmente equipada e incluye un tamaño lavadora / secadora completa. Arriba, en el dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble con baño privado y el dormitorio de invitados con dos camas dobles con un baño privado. Los dos dormitorios y sala de estar todos tienen TV de pantalla plana de y hay un reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Unidad es de baldosas en el piso principal y las habitaciones están alfombradas.

Casa de pueblo se encuentra junto a la Casa Club y el área de la piscina. Shoreline Towers tiene una ubicación céntrica, a poca distancia de cinco restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas de comestibles, tiendas y mucho más. Usted será capaz de tirar de su vehículo justo en frente de la casa de pueblo 8 para su conveniencia. ¡Ven y disfruta!

Great Place!

My family spent the week in Destin at this town home and it met or exceeded all of our expectations. The place was within a short walking distance to the beach, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. I do wish there would have been a few kitchen cleaning supplies in the unit, as cleaning up with just a dish cloth did not completely do the trick. Other than that, great place to stay!

Great location but Property is falling apart.

Loved the location and property managers responded quick to the issues. However, a bunch of lights didn’t work. The fan in living room doesn’t work. The AC only works for 3 hours on and 3 hours off. Extremely hot at night to the point of waking up in pools of sweat. The guest shower was only able to be used twice all week. It was leaking into the ceiling above the front door and into the laundry room. The ceiling in the laundry room actually began falling in towards the end of our stay. Maintenance tried to seal it but it’s most likely internal and would require a remodel. Something the property owner most likely won’t do since they’ve known about the issue since the breaker for the lights was off per maintenance. The people who work there are awesome but this owner is obviously a cheapskate and would rather have cash flow in every week until this place completely is uninhabitable. Overall I’d stay in shoreline towers again but forsure not this townhome.ever again.

Fishing Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two senior males rented this unit for a place to stay while doing some deep sea fishing. The unit was very close to the harbor. The upkeep of the grounds and gate security was excellent. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the patio in the evening. I would suggest the owner purchase some additional kitchen glasses and silverware. We also were not able to get the bedroom tv’s to work. Overall we were very pleased with the townhouse unit and would definitely stay again. Also booking directly with Shoreline Towers worked well for us.

Wonderful getaway!

This was our first trip back to the emerald beaches of Destin since 2019. We had been to Destin in 2018 and always said we would return yearly but due to the pandemic we could not come in 2020. We always rented a condo but decided to rent a townhouse since we were bringing friend with us on this trip. We definitely were not disappointed! The accommodations were great with a pond right outside our door. The beach was walking distance from our rental and the beach was as I remembered, “beautiful white sand and emerald blue waters!” Looking forward to our return next year and hourly staying at the same townhouse.

Last minute trip

We've always stayed at shoreline towers with my family in the past but never stayed in a villa. It was so clean and nice and so private and close to the pool. We had a beautiful view of the lagoon area as we ate lunch on the patio. Very spacious for a family of 4-6. We would definitely stay there again!

It has a very nice pond, a pool, outdoor grills, gym, and security on the property. The front gate security employees are also very friendly and helpful. It backs to a pond with well-maintained grounds, and offered a very nice view. The units are privately owned and unfortunately, our unit was not the best. It was clear that owners put very little effort into this property. The furniture, decor, linens, dishes ware, etc seem to be a mix of random items picked up at garage sales or Goodwill. No actual theme and too much clutter about the unit. The unit needed paint (walls were dirty) and it needed many repairs, such as broken toilet paper holders. The shower rod fell so much that I replaced it. The shower drains were clogged in both bathrooms and we had to Drano them. The closet floors and under beds hadn’t been cleaned in ages, piles of dust bunnies. The dryer did not function properly and took running it 3-4 times before clothes would dry. The A/C ran well, but there was black mold that could be seen on many vents. There was a patio that was sealed off and unusable, as it was full of weeds and was a lizard haven. Other units made this a usable area. It really has a lot of potential, but this is definitely a lower-end quality unit. This might be fine for a weekend, but I would seek a different unit for a longer, nicer stay.

Horrible check in process

The rental is good and location is perfect. We would be back. Check in was the worst though. The townhouse was not ready when we arrived to check in at 5pm. It seems they just started cleaning the place. They finally finished at 7.30 pm for a rental that should have been ready at 4pm. Hope they can do better next time.

The home had three bathrooms but they had not been cleaned and there was urine in two of those three floors. Office staff was discouraged when they heard of the lack of cleanliness, but they did not offer to send a cleaning crew to go over the home again.

It was a great home base for our family as we enjoyed the ocean, the pool, and sightseeing in Destin! If I could give a 10 star review, I would!
