The place was beautiful .I had a bit of trouble with checking in that upset me .The amenities could have been a little nicer but overall it was a good fit .Smoke detector s needed changed and was beeping and we couldnt figure out the tvs but they fixed the problem as best as could be .The price was very good .The weather out of your hands was fine and expexted this time of year .It was very peaceful and relaxing .I would definitely come back in the spring .It was my first time in Destin area .I have been all over Florida but never the pan handle .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Shoreline towers for about the last 5 years. We have stayed in several units there. The staff is always awesome to deal with, the access to the beach is great. We will always stay with Shoreline towers.

Communication with owners was excellent. Condo was exactly as pictured. I’d personally replace the plastic shower curtain with the newer cloth style. Numerous kitchen appliances available. Beach access was great. Check-in was remote and efficient. Beach chairs and umbrella included was a nice bonus.

Fall Break

Overall the condo was very nice. We found two dead roaches on the floor. The kitchen could use some extra cooking supplies as we had to go buy a few pans to cook in. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would return to this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I spent the week here and loved every minute of it. The condo had everything we needed and more. The complex and grounds were convenient. I highly recommend booking here. Thank you Walter and brandy for a great spot to take our family for the week. We will be back!

This condo exceeded my expectations! It is much bigger than I was anticipating. Just steps from the beach, it has a handicap ramp to the beach so it was easy to take our beach wagon down. Pool was much bigger than I expected too. Kids loved switching between the beach and pool. The condo is located near so many restaurants, shops, etc. I walked to the coffee shop right next door each morning. No real cons to report, a few minor annoyances: the washer & dryer have to be pushed twice to work (it took us a few attempts to figure that out,) the oven was on self cleaning when we first walked in so it was 75 degrees, very hot & smelled like smoke! For some reason, the queen bedroom was freezing at night but the master wasn't as cool. And some of the fixtures are dated in the bathroom (bathtub knobs, shower curtain & hooks, etc.) But overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Horrible Experience, Owner Double Booked

After driving 15 hours we arrived to an already occupied condo that we had paid over $2k for. After spending a couple hours on the phone with vrbo (because none of the contact email/phone numbers answered/responded) they told us to find alternative accommodations and sent us claim procedures to submit to try and get reimbursement for those additional costs we would be incurring with whatever new accommodations. Went to property management office next morning when they opened where we were informed that oops the owner had double booked but they put us in a different condo on property when they figured it out (not as nice as the one we booked). I understand it wasnt the property managments mistake and they tried to remedy it with replacement but a simple phone call asking if thats what we wanted/informing us would have been more appropriate and appreciated so we could have made the decision before traveling across the country. No discount, no reimbursement, no apologies from owners etc. The beach was of course great and location where we wanted it so we made the best of it.
