Welcome to BeachFit Properties! We are located in a prime location just minutes from the airport. For all you baseball fans, we are just a few miles from the Twins and Boston Red Sox Spring Training Center. This brand new townhome sleeps 6-8 and is fully furnished. You can enjoy the newly opened community center that that features 3 Pools, Bar and Restaurant, Gym, Basketball and Volleyball court, arcade, park, pickleball and so much more. This resort style living townhome is just what you need for your get-a-away. Grab our beach gear and hit one of the beaches within 20-45 minutes away (Naples, Bonita, Fort Myers, Sanibel to name a few). There are tons of bars, restaurants, shopping, parks, and more. Variety of excursions you can book from Naples, FMB, and Cape Coral. Hand soap, Laundry Det., garbage bags are provided.*Toiletries are not provided (bring your own shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste*

Great Home Away From Home

My husband’s business required a few days stay in Fort Meyers. This condo was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, quiet, in a safe neighborhood, and Lori was very helpful when we had a few questions. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

Baseball Tournament Visit

Beautiful, new place conveniently located to the county baseball venues where we played. Great community anenities and a responsive, friendly and helpful host. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great spot in a new development

Spacious house with great community amenities. The splash pad, pool, and playground were great for our young kids. Resort style pool with food and drinks was also a nice perk.

Great Spot

This property was perfect for myself and my family. We came down for a Perfect Game baseball showcase. Super close to Jet Blue and close to stores and restaurants. Nice community with wonderful amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break in Ft Myers

We had an amazing stay! The TH is beautiful, the amenities in the community were fabulous and the host was accommodating and quick to respond. I had two teenagers with me and they had so much to do! We would definitely stay here the next time we come to the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Golf getaway

Me and 3 buddies stayed and had a wonderful time. The location is conveniently located near the airport, numerous golf courses and plenty of restaurants. The property owner was extremely attentive and responsive and the stay was amazing. Highly recommended.

Feb Family Weekend

Perfect setting for multiple family members here for an extended weekend while keeping in close proximity to our home. Excellent VRBO in Fort Myers

This property is very clean, well stocked, and exactly as described. The host is responsive and accommodating. The community is safe. There are plenty of amenities within the community and it is also close to beaches, etc. This property will be our first choice when we return to Fort Myers.

Comfortable Modern Condo

Our family came for my teen son’s baseball tournament. We had a great stay, the condo was perfect for our needs. Super clean and modern brand new construction with an amazing community center. My boys rode the provided bikes there every night to play basketball in the indoor gym. Great pools that they enjoyed as well. Overall, I highly recommend Lori and John’s condo. There were wonderful hosts.

Clean and spacious property

We stayed here with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren (3yr old & 1yr old) Lori was responsive to all of our questions/requests. Multiple pools with plenty of activities for the children. Pack n Play was provided for our 1yr old grandson. Lots of toys and plenty of items for the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for a family.

WONDERFUL Trip!

Lori was a pleasure to work with and answered my pre-booking questions quickly.Check in information came in plenty of time for me to review and get comfortable with before the stress of traveling.Location is an easy 15 minutes from the airport.Community is wonderful! Lots of kids and families.House was spotless and beautifully furnished. Tons of amenities to make out late night arrival easy. Even though it's a vibrant community, we heard absolutely nothing through the walls from our neighbors, and we were quite shocked that people actually live next door (including a small dog) considering how quiet it was! We took our grandkids to the Kiddie Pool area which is more of a playground incorporating all kinds of fun water features. Had to bribe my 2 year old granddaughter with a lollipop to get her to leave!Ate at the on premises restaurant every day for lunch and dinner, food was great and drinks were generous. Also, completely reasonably priced.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and sincerely hope this property is available the next time we stay!

Exceeded Expectations!

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations! We were familiar with the Timber Creek neighborhood/amenities as we have family nearby in Gateway, so we sought out a property in the area for our weeklong stay. Laurie was easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay and offered helpful information above and beyond what we have experienced at other rental properties in the past. The property was larger than it appeared in the online photos. We were pleasantly surprised that all 6 of us could hang out and watch the NCAA tournament in the main living area. In addition, everything was spotless and the linens/towels looked and smelled freshly washed. My husband loved the water pressure in the main bathroom and commented on it several times. This is high praise in his book!What we loved most is that this property was set up to make traveling easy. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap, coffee, dishes, etc. The decor was also inviting, coastal, and soothing. Clearly this place was set up to meet and exceed expectations. If you are hesitant about renting in Ft. Myers, don’t hesitate about this one. You will not be disappointed.

Hi - We are from the tundra (MN) and absolutely the beach life! We LOVE Florida and fell in love with this area as we were searching for the perfect home. There is so much to do whether is a romantic getaway, girls or guys weekend or family vacay. No matter what direction you travel, you will run into some beautiful beaches where you can spend the day whether you want to rent a boat, take a day trip or just enjoy the beautiful sunrise. We have been all over Florida, so if you are looking for some 1/2 or full day day trip ideas, check out the binder in the property or shoot me a message.

It's a prime location with only being minutes from the airport and close to shopping, bars, restaurants and everything in between. The brand new community center is outstanding! You feel like you are at a resort with the large pools, full gym and HIIT studio and all the bonus features! Parks, basketball, volleyball, soccer, pickleball and more. Just a 2 minute drive or take a walk (about 1/3 mile) from our home.
