Moderno 3/2 con piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y patio cercado

Recientemente renovado 3/2 casa unifamiliar con piscina privada climatizada y jacuzzi. La nueva cocina incluye todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con gabinetes revestidos y desayunador. El baño principal acaba de ser completamente remodelado con hermosos azulejos nuevos y ducha de lluvia. El dormitorio principal está equipado con un nuevo colchón KING (noviembre de 2018), el colchón Simmons Beautyrest. Las dos habitaciones están equipadas con juegos de cama queen. Los colchones y las almohadas están cubiertos con protectores hipoalergénicos que se lavan profesionalmente entre cada inquilino. House está cerca de la I-75, del aeropuerto RSW (Fort Myers) Mirormar Outlet Malls, del centro comercial Gulf Coast Town Center y de muchos otros lugares para comprar y cenar. El vecindario es amigable y seguro y el propietario tiene personal de guardia en caso de que se necesite algo.

Pool was very nice. Hot tub was hot enough, and the app to control everything in the hot tub and pool was very convenient.The house was well equipped, including beach chairs and umbrellas.

Property was excellent in every way. Very clean and well stocked. Patio and pool were very nice and a great place to relax. Host was very attentive. Location is close to shopping and numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

We have stayed in multiple vacation rentals over the years. This one had those little things you appreciate. All of the kitchen items and tools you would expect from a house that has been lived in that seem to always be missing from other rentals. Alex communicated very well and was helpful when needed. The home itself is very livable. Very nice kitchen that flows well to the eating area and family room suited 4-6 adults comfortably. The pool area is fantastic. If there was one thing that I would consider "missing" is a gas grill but the charcoal grill was there.

Enjoyed our stay. Located close to all shopping and easy access to 75 and 41. Privacy and large living both interior and exterior. Wish we Could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay if you want to be in FT Meyers .The airport is within 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Alex is great to work with.

Best place for family time!

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.
