This 2 Br villa is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Plantation Resort. It's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It's in great shape with a completely renovated kitchen. This adorable condo features a king bed ensuite and 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful Vacation

We took our children & grandchildren on vacation and this was the perfect location. Spacious, clean, quiet (until we arrived), and everyone we met was so nice! The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals, wash our clothes and relax. I loved the screened deck overlooking the pond! It took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach where we had so much fun. The pool was cool but the kids didn't care! I would come here again and again ❤️. A+++

Easy Beach Vacation

We traveled to Kingston Planation for a conference, and enjoyed our stay. The unit was close to all the amenities in Kingston. Our children enjoyed the pools and we had easy access to the beach. The condo was as described in the listing. Plenty of room for a family. Our only concern was the temperature, the living room remained cool while the bedrooms were warmer. Nothing a bedside fan couldnt fix. The easy check in and check out process was great.

There was very little to no heat in the second bedroom. The property manager supplied us with a portable electric heaterThe water pressure in the ensuite bathroom shower was a trickle. The overall decor of the unit was tired.The unit was clean and a great location, close to the beach.The kitchen was well equipped for a long stay.

Convenient, homey comfort!

The condo was in the perfect place for our conference at the Hilton, just a 5 minute walk around beautiful landscaping and the boardwalk on the beach. We also used the convenient shuttle when it was drizzling one time; it arrived just a few minutes after calling. The hosts were so kind and left us refreshments to enjoy our first evening. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was full stocked with what we needed to make coffee and eat there. The covered patio out back with the lake view was pleasant to relax at night and hear the outdoors and also to enjoy the morning coffee. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Myrtle Beach!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at North Myrtle Beach Condo!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic condo, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a sense of peace and tranquility that set the tone for our entire stay. The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that the owners take great pride in ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Every necessity we could think of was provided, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights for us was the screened-in patio, complete with a lovely tall table and four chairs. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evening, all while soaking in the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings. The layout of the condo was spacious. With two bedrooms and three beds, there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The two bathrooms were a convenient bonus, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. And let's not forget about the location - just a short 5-minute walk to the beach! Being so close to the ocean allowed us to easily enjoy leisurely strolls along the shore and soak up the sun whenever we pleased. Overall, our experience at this condo was nothing short of wonderful, and we're already looking forward to planning our next visit. If you're considering a getaway to North Myrtle Beach, look no further - this condo is the perfect choice for a memorable and relaxing retreat."

Laurel Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
