Great location and clean

We were here for a week long softball tournament. This location was 30 mins or less from all the fields and 20 mins from the beach. Walked into a immaculate clean house. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to see it all

House was clean and smelled fresh. Kitchen was clean and easy to use like it was our home. The hardwood and tile did make our feet cold so I'd recommend slippers or use the space heater located near the kitchen. Great food and attractions near by.

MORE Rules After Check-In!/Dirty Property

The location of this property was probably the only thing going for it. While tired and ready to rest, I received a request from the pm for an additional hour before we could check in, after 5p.m., instead of 4p.m., as they were washing towels. Received another message prior to getting to the property, "Message from the host ***House rule*** No Party and No Loud Music!!! No shoes are allowed in the house. Please remove your shoes. No pets and No smoking. The pet penalty fee is $50 per day. The smoking penalty is $200. If a police officer comes over, charge a $1000 fine. Do not eat food inside of the bedroom. There are 1 parking space on the driveway and park 1 car inside of the garage. Please don’t park on the left-hand side parking space. It’s a tenant’s parking space behind the house. Thank you for your cooperation." The house was dirty. Our feet were FILTHY going barefoot in the house!! There was a spider and a big web in the main bathroom. One of the showers was very dirty, as well as the floors, the light switches, the spice rack, drawers, stickers on a table, etc. I have to say that the first full day we were there, the a/c went out. We were told they could get to it the next day, but I told the pm that it was horribly hot inside---too hot to sleep. He did send over a tech who came a 10:00 at night to fix it---thank goodness. The parking situation was not disclosed as well.

Great House

Spacious house, accommodates 7 easily, beautiful house to just relax. Minutes from main attractions, stores, restaurants. Access to garage was excellent, allowed for temp storage. All appliances operate as new, spotless clean. Communication with owner was timely and clear. Highly reccommend and i will rent again!!!

Ant problem and non working oven not disclosed

Home was cute, and the community was great, however... on the second day, we woke up to a major ant problem that forced us to throw away all of the groceries we purchased the night before. We then proceeded to spend the day at the theme park and came back to the house to make a pizza and found out that the stove was broken as well. I called the property manager and was told that they knew about the broken stove (and the ants) and had not received the part yet. Maybe not a big deal if you don't plan to use the stove but as a family of 6 the reason I stay at a VRBO instead of a hotel is for the ability to cut down on eating out costs. Unfortunately, when there are ants all over the counter tops and stove (as well as the bathroom floor, sink and shower), its hard to want to eat in the kitchen at all. After I complained, I was refunded $180 (10% plus $30 for the groceries I threw away). The property manager was nice about it and apologized but I really felt like not being told about the issues they were having wasn't really fair. I would have gladly spent the $180 to not have to deal with those issues on vacation.
