Total renovation of Upper unit duplex sitting on 3/4 acres directly on the Indian River with a 2 minute walk through our privately owned property to a quiet, unpopulated beach. Imagine starting and ending each luxurious vacation day with a beach sunrise and a river sunset.
This immaculate space is furnished with new furniture throughout including four smart tv's. Your stay at OASIS gives you access to propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, Kayaks, Standup paddle boards, and a private dock to soak in all the Florida sun or, throw in your fishing line.
150' boat dock for your pleasure. Boat launch or rental available a couple of miles away. Use of the dock is allowed for your boat (no charge).
RATE CHANGE STARTING IN 2026 - Property will be closed from August 1 2024 - March 11th 2026 for upgrades. We are adding a 20x40 custom swimming pool on the river side. As well as doubling the upstairs square footage adding two addition bedrooms for a total of three bedrooms including a master bedroom suite (6-8 guests). Custom grilling out living space next to pool and doubling the enclosed pouch area for viewing the amazing river sunsets. This amazing property and location is be the best kept secret in Melbourne beach for those who find it! Reserve now and stand by for updated pictures. Please feel free to email with any questions.

We have been vacationing in the South Melbourne Beach area for the last 15 years. We final had the opportunity to purchase a vacation home and would love to share it with your family. Things we love about this property is the private deeded access across the street to a private beach. Beautiful sunsets and great fishing right from our private dock on the Indian river. Please use the paddle boards and kayaks and enjoy an hour on the river.
