Paddle boats and kayaks provided will bring you to the wild headwaters. While enjoying sunsets, passing wildlife include dolphins, manatees and birds. This tastefully updated home from 1950’s is truly a hidden gem. It is 3 blocks from Pollack Park ramp and vessels may be moored at the dock. Short drive to downtown and beaches.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The house is beautiful. The view is amazing. We caught some fish, almost a tarpon even! The host went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be coming back.

Very peaceful location!

This home was perfect for our weekend trip! We fished off the dock all weekend. Only caught catfish but it was still fun. We saw a manatee and its baby, that was exciting. Every morning, we sat in the enclosed patio with our coffee and enjoyed the peacefulness of it all. The pool was a little chilly but was still good to cool down. The owners were easy to get ahold of and responded to our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Good overall

Nice house, clean throughout. A bit far from the beach regardless a good house. If your a fishing person maybe bring your own gear, same goes for beach gear. The gazebo started to come apart in high winds after two days which could not be helped but kept us off the water deck. Had a few issues with heated pool, but finally got the knack of the timer. Id stay there again.

Planed a weekend with my kids for my birthday. The host was pleasant and left flowers n pastries for me.had a great time,we kayaked and paddle boated around.we fished and bbged..it was a realy good time

Perfect for a family!

We had such a wonderful time fishing and creating new memories for our little family. This property has everything you need and the host is so kind and helpful! The coffee bar is highly underrated!! Loved this vacation and will definitely be back!

Well Equipped Kitchen

The home was fine. Would not be for children under the age of 6, as there are a few steps to get into living room and into kitchen. A gate closing off the pool would be a good feature to add to back patio, if any guests are not swimmers. We did see several manatees and the deck is a great location to see SpaceX rocket launch.

Family Vacation

We were visiting family in Melbourne and this place exceeded the listing. It was equipped with everything we needed and the communication with the host was spot on, we even got to see a rocket launch per their suggestion! If in the area again we would love to go back!

Paradise, nestled in a small, quaint town

Did some boating did some we fished the Indian river in Sebastian Inlet. It was awesome. It all went great. I will definitely be back I would recommend this to anybody who asked me.

We had a great time. My only complaint is that we were unable to use the swimming pool because it was like ice water, no heater! The swimming pool was the main reason we selected this property. :(

What an awesome house and great communicative hosts! I had an excellent weekend with the missus, a king size mattress and a view for the right price on the space coast. I couldn’t ask for more!

This is a great house with a great location! If you want to relax this is the place to do it. The house is well kept, stocked, and set up for you to enjoy all the activities Florida has to offer. Kudos to the property manager for being so helpful and engaged in making sure our stay was awesome!

Wonderful Stay

The property was exactly as advertised on the website but better in person. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make a meal. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The owner made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. I fell in love with the place.

I was raised in Texas, love visiting our family tropical fruit garden, spending time with my 9 siblings, 13 nieces, 13 nephews, 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews. I have hosted 4 properties, mostly near the water from Houston, Dania Beach, Vero Beach to Palm Bay. I take real pleasure in hosting and helping people explore its surroundings! I am an outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy traveling, playing tennis, sand volleyball, camping in the Keys, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boating, canoeing, jet skiing, sunset cruising, off-shore boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, dancing, karaoke, medical mission/humanitarian trip, volunteer and fun adventures. It’s very enlightening learning new cultures when visited Vietnam, Turkey, Hong Kong, Thailand, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Bahamas, Italy, France, Mexico and Canada. Aside from speaking in English, I’m fluent in Vietnamese and now learning Spanish. I’m available to answer questions or react quickly to resolve any issues.
