Hi Bruce, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay! There are absolutely no cameras inside the home. There are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors but zero cameras inside.

Hi Andrew! Thank you so much for your feedback, our team strives to provide a 5 star experience for all of our guests and that is always the case at this beautiful home on the key. I'm sure you can understand that, unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over what construction is being done at other nearby homes. Construction crews should abide by quiet hours, but other than that we are not able to prevent our neighbors from doing work on their home. We truly apologize for the issue with the AC, the issue was brought to our attention by you at 10:38 AM on the day of your departure and of course, check out is at 11 AM. Our technicians were notified immediately but were not able to get there within 22 minutes so we scheduled the service for after your check out. We would not expect you to be present as you were checking out at 11. Finally, as clearly mentioned in our check out instructions, check out is promptly at 11 AM. The locks are automatically set to change the code at 11:15 AM for security purposes. We provide a 15 minute grace period to make sure you have all your belongings and are checked out successfully. Our team was happy to update the code and allow you to go back inside to get your belonging, once we were made aware at 11:21 AM that you needed access. Thank you, Sundown Vista Team
