Here on Okaloosa Island, only condos up to six stories high are allowed, so the beach is less crowded. When you aren't building a sandcastle or looking for shells, dip into the condo's shared pool or lounge on the poolside loungers with your vacation read. A shared grill area by the pool is available for family-style cookouts.

Other popular amusements like the Jerry Melvin Beachwalk, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Goofy Golf, and Timberview Destin Helicopters are all less than 12 miles away. A tennis court and basketball court are also available at your stay.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
