This 2 bedroom property is remodeled and in a prime location! Yard space and outdoor games, table, and more available for usage! Located less than a block from the sparkling waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches! Have a boat? Boat parking is available on site with a public boat launch mins away! Sidewalks and walking paths from the property to the beach! As you step inside, you will enjoy no carpet in the entire property and relaxing coastal colors. Downstairs boasts a dining room, living room, half bath, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances to include glass top stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, and fridge. The living room features a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, loft area, full bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms, dining room and living room have ceiling fans in addition to central AC.
Need additional room or want to vacation with family and friend? Ask us about adjoining unit availability. This building features multiple adjacent properties that are almost identical and we can accommodate large groups who would like to stay together in the same location.

Perfect location

Communication prior to stay was thorough and informative! Beds are AWESOME! I appreciate that a broom and vacuum were available - it helped keep sand from our frequent trips to the beach under control!! We'd definitely stay here again!

Our trip to the beach!

We had a great time at the beach! The property was super close to the beach- walking distance. The place was super affordable and was a great place to come back to eat and sleep! We loved our stay!

My group had a fun time at our stay. The photos were accurate for the most part. There is a fancy smoke/vape detector which I was not aware of, but it was not a big deal. Overall had a positive experience.

As soon as we arrived at the place, we noticed how clean it is. It’s easy to find and have a parking available in front of the building. We felt safe in the area. The entire we stay its quiet. The walk to the beach only took 3-5mins tops. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely go back! And our host is the best and so accommodating!

Met our needs

5 minute walk to the beach across a road with pedestrian right of way. This is a no frills rental but we basically just used it to sleep because we were so busy. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing horrible. Was surprised to see a traditional drip coffee maker since most have keurigs or combo nowadays. All in all not a bad place to stay, especially being close to the beach.

Great location

Location was great but we had several difficulties with the key pad, found many hairs in the beds and were told we could have 30 min late checkout and then cleaner walked in on us without saying a word.

Spring Break Trip

This property was a great location and very clean. It had a great set up for our group! It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The second bedroom could use a couple more drawers for storage but I would most definitely stay here again.

Florida vacation

The condo was just as advertised. The check in and check out was quick and easy, essentially effortless. The property had ample parking and was in a good location. All with a reasonable price.

Decent place to stay.

This was a decent place to stay. Not a 5 star location, but a solid 3.5 star. It needed a few items that could make it more like some of the other places we have stayed in the area which would bump up the rating a bit, but I believe they are still working on the place. They did let me keep my boat there so that bumos them to a 4 in my book and they provided water and electricity for us to use for the boat. You can tell they are still actively renovating the place, so I believe it has the potential to be really nice. I have done many renovations, so I respect the process and appreciate the hard work that comes with it. If your looking for a place to stay that is close to the beech or if you are looking for a place that will allow you to bring your boat (which was our case) then this will be a decent location for you.

Cute Property, Owner Unpleasant

The property was exactly as listed and super cute but the owner was unreceptive and overall not fun to work with. We were accused of smoking (per her detector) on the first morning, while we were cooking bacon. After sending her pictures and saying that no one in our group smokes or vapes, she continued with the accusations and even tried to say "sometimes it's a teenager you do not know does it" - All of our kids were 12 and under, and they were right next to us during the 'accused' period. I felt like all I did was defend myself to some detector, that clearly malfunction. She continued the second day saying it wasn't the bacon. Overall, it was unsettling to get threats of smoking charges and asked to leave the property during the next occurrence if we did not pay the fee within an hour - when we clearly sent proof and told her to come inspect the property! Each time we cooked; we wondered if this was when we would get the fees or forced to leave the property based off false information and no real proof beyond her 'detector'. This interaction with the owner definitely made the property not fun for us. (Still thoroughly enjoyed our time in FWB and Destin!) I will not stay with Spence Properties ever again due to the owner.

Cute and Cozy

Everything was wonderful on our Thanksgiving vacation. We needed to be close to Destin, and Fort Walton. This spot has Everything you need. Appliances are basically brand new with a full size washer and dryer. The owners are amazing to deal with. Neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
