The community and amenities were great! We loved having a grill by the pool and the close access to hiking trails.

The condo was very much as presented, no false advertising. The cleanliness was above average, except for the results of persistent water damage in the second bathroom from a clogged shower drain. Beds were comfortable, although the king bed is in the second bedroom, and a queen and two bunch beds are in the master bedroom. Kitchen items were clean, but there was a shortage of kitchen items - no measuring cup, no cutting board, no hot mitts, no kitchen towel, limited plates and bowls, but plenty of wine glasses, knives, pans, baking ware. Lastly, the community was lovely, with nice common areas to gather and relax in, and a better-than-average community gym.

This was a lovely stay in a quiet community. I hope to stay longer to really get to experience everything this place has to offer. The queen bed could be a bit softer, but everything overall was wonderful.

Perfection!

We couldn’t have imagined a better setup for my partner and I. The pool was just steps away. I am a hiker and you can access Ventana Canyon trail from the back of the property. Sabina Canyon is just steps away. Great time!

Great Location Nice Unit

Located at the Ventana trail makes hiking from this location amazing. Checkin was flawless. Unit clean, slightly worn, but comfortable. We hope to repeat our stay as it was awesome.

Close to the Lowes Ventana

Clean & convenient. 10-15 minutes to anything you need. 3 min drive to the Lowes Ventana (fyi also very close to the trailhead) We went for a family event at the Ventana resort and this place was very convenient.

Perfect weekend getaway!!!

I was flying in to surprise my airman daughter for her birthday and her dormmate was helping to coordinate. I searched a lot of places and kept coming back to this little gem in the foothills. The best thing was that my flight was arriving early in the am and check in wasn't until 4pm. After reaching out to mgmt and explaining the purpose of my visit, they allowed me to check in earlier and prepare the meals I needed for that night. A huge thank you for that!!! Beautiful scenery and hiking right outside our door! Downfall was the pool-it was full of bugs and hornets we didn't get to enjoy that. The A/C kept us cool in three digit weather. Other than that, It is just as described. Beds were comfy and it's so quiet in the area. The only thing I would add is-it would be even better to have more pots and pans and dishes. (I'm a cook so I'm a little needier when it comes to needing more pans).it's more than perfect for a romantic weekend or trip with friends and very close to restaurants!! Did I mention the fantabulous scenery with the foothills in my backdrop???? Would definitely stay here again!

Just ok

Pros: -Location was convenient for us -Beds were fairly comfortable Cons: -Condo was not prepared for our arrival. A/C was off on a 100+°day. It was 84°inside and took several hours to cool down. - issues later resolved by management: broken/ spilled soap dispenser in shower upon arrival, a soiled/dirty towel was left hanging from the back of a bathroom door, and a shortage of hand towels and wash cloths -broken wrung on bunk bed ladder. Thankfully my son noticed before stepping on it. He could have been injured. We let management know and declined having it immediately addressed. - very musty smell inside entire condo that we noticed, and other family members who were staying in other units commented on when they entered our unit. Potential smoke smell or pet odor combo? - no first aid kit as listing stated. I cut my finger pretty bad and had no bandaid available. - there was a camera on the outside of the door and the listing did not disclose a camera on the property. This is a violation of VRBO policies The location is excellent in Tucson with a gorgeous view of the mountains and easy access to the pool and community room. There are tennis courts and fantastic hiking trails or the back door. Although the property manager was responsive and helpful, we would choose a different unit in this same location in the future.

The unit is “fine” but nothing special. Very clean. Comfortable beds. 3 TVs but no live TV - only streaming apps where you just sign in. The furniture in the living room was nicer than the photos , however the lightbulb was burned out. The lighting overall was very poor. One bathroom was large with good counter space but the second bathroom had no surface space for toiletries etc. soap was missing from a bathroom and one shampoo dispenser was empty. Those little things are big when you see traveling. The complex had two pools which were nice. One of the hot tubs was not working.

Convenient and Easy Stay

We had a nice stay at this property. It was clean and had the basic necessities that we needed, check in and check out was easy. We had one unfortunate incident where the doorknob of the bathroom broke and our friend was locked inside. We tried calling the property manager and Vrbo but didn’t get an answer - luckily our next door neighbor was a hero and helped us break off the door handle and replace it, but we were disappointed with the managers delay to our timely incident. After that we had smooth sailing and were very happy with our place.

Very Nice Stay

We really liked how close we were to the trails and the quiet low key neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and if felt very safe. Very nice place to stay. I would stay again if I get the opportunity.
