Gulf-View Bungalow | 10 Acres of Peace & Private Pond

Bungalow Beach is Galveston's Newest Vacation Beach House rental community. It's a short walk to the beach and even shorter ride with all of your beach toys loaded up on a golf cart*.

Bungalow Beach offers brand new, 3BR/2.5Bath, 1600+ sq. ft. homes with the best island beach access location, which is directly across from the Bungalow Beach entrance. Amazing sunrises and sunsets from the two covered decks, one facing the Gulf and one facing Galveston Bay. This 10-acre community with it's large open green spaces and a private freshwater pond offers wildlife/bird watching as well as catch-and-release fishing.

These homes sleep 10 (max 6 adults) with 6 beds, two King bedrooms plus a bunk bedroom with (2) twin over full bunk beds that can sleep up to 6.

Fully equipped kitchens include Keurig coffee machine and a Ninja Blender. FREE WIFI and smart TVs in every bedroom. Each house is also equipped with a Washer and Dryer.

Enjoy BBQ or grill some burgers with the charcoal grill on the covered, concrete ground floor patio. Refresh in the outdoor, hot/cold water shower after a fun day of sunning, swimming, surf casting, bicycle riding and building sandcastles.

Take advantage of our introductory rates and get ready for a relaxing, carefree holiday, hosted by our on-site staff that is dedicated to quality service for you and your guests. This laid-back, West End location is well suited as a home base for visiting all the attractions and events Galveston Island has to offer.

Pretty good stay!

The property was pretty clean, close to the beach, quiet area, etc. Be aware that it IS a bit of a trek into Galveston if you want to do more than just beach related stuff. It took us on average about 30 minutes to make it into Galveston, and that’s in off season. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Being able to book a golf cart was nice. We felt safe in the area. The beach across the street was clean and not crowded.

Beautiful beach house

The house was set up perfectly. The host had nesasary items to get us settle. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, detergent, soap, shampooing and conditioner. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C ice cold. Comfortable beds.We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, during out stay, on one is allow to drive golf carts down the beach.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I had a great time at the gulf and one of the reasons was the accommodations. Our bungalow was very nice and well kept. The staff was very friendly and attentive the only time we had to talk to them. It was for an issue that was not their fault, moisture in a lock that caused a malfunction. They were their to fix the issue in 5 minutes or less. We had no other issues. We loved having the golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. We will definitely stay their again when we visit Galveston Island again. Thank you Rusty for helping to make our vacation great!

Perfect Family Getaway

The bungalows are perfect for a small family getaway. We actually rented two side by side, for extended family, and it worked great. Beach is in sight and right across the street, with a beach access point directly across the driveway from the property. Two kings and a bunk room with queen twin bunks (2). Open floor plan with full stocked kitchen great for family meals. Smart TVs in each room. We are actually staying in the adjacent bungalow for two months, and looking forward to a wonderful break.

Far enough from the Central Business District to avoid the crowds but close enough to take advantage of all that Galveston has to offer for a fun filled vacation. Beach access is directly across from the property, next best thing to being on the beachfront at a fraction of the cost. Multiple beach access points in this area and a limited number of adjacent homes this portion of the beachfront typically has a reduced amount of traffic.
