You can also access intracoastal to watch the sunsets or fish. Caps on the water one of the best restaurants in St. Augustine is also in walking distance. 4 miles south you can find Publix for all groceries and plenty of restaurants with brand new options like pescas. North beach down the road has public parking for the beach with showers along with playground for kids. Surfside community center has pickle ball courts, tennis, kids playground, community garden, dog park, and basketball courts. The townhouse has parking for 2 vehicles only for overnight. No rvs, campers, oversized vehicles, or trailers. If have visitors over only 1 space for visitor parking and they can’t stay overnight.
