Located in a residential area of beautiful Vilano Beach, St Augustine FL, this cozy townhouse is ready for you to enjoy your beach vacation or your trip to the ancient city. It is situated only a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean to the east and about the same distance from the Intercostal Waterway to the west. You could enjoy picturesque sunrises and sunsets every day of your stay. It is only 7-minute drive from historic downtown of St. Augustine. Summer or winter there is always something to do around here.
The Ocean villa townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully equipment kitchen and fenced backyard and accommodates 6 people. We allow pets for a small additional fee and security deposit.
Keyless access, two free parking spots, charcoal grill and some beach supplies allow you to have a lot of fun and relaxation on your affordable vacation.

Very welcoming to pets. The backyard and fence were perfect for our puppy. The hosts were friendly and quickly responded to emails. Very close to the beach and a beautiful drive to the condo each time.

This is a great location and the host was awesome. Very responsive, timely and friendly communication. From allowing early check in, to being very pet friendly with privacy fencing of entire back yard. Very secure and quiet. Beach is a short walk away. We will definitely return.

Awesome hidden gem!

This is a perfect place to avoid tourists and enjoy the chill vibes of Vilano Beach. Quiet, fenced well equipped! Great hosts!!!! Dog friendly area and unit.

Great stay!

This villa was perfect for our needs over the Memorial Day weekend! Located close to the beach, a short drive to the downtown area, and close to the campground where we visited with friends. Everything we needed was provided in the villa, along with water and snacks! Would definitely stay here again!

Escape to St. Augustine

Really enjoyed the beach and great restaurants. It was fun to compare weather forecasts with February in Missouri. Ocean Villa was perfect for us.

Great stay with a small issue

Overall nice property in a quiet area with wonderful beach access. The only issue was rats in the attic and under the stairs - we were not sure what the noises were at first but they did tend to keep us up some nights.

Perfect for our visit

We were very pleased with our 2 week stay in Vilano Beach. This was a lovely condo in an ideal location. It was the best stocked place we have stayed in the past 15 years. Many extra touches added to our comfort. Very easy to communicate with our hosts. We would definitely return to this condo for another visit.

Cozy & Comfortable

The home smelt good and was throughly clean. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The beds were soft and couch was cozy and Made it easy to relax on the rainy days of our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, we couldn’t have happier with our stay

Wonderful experience

My husband and I visited St Augustine for the first time and were very pleased with this Vilano Beach location. Property is well cared for, nicely stocked and quite spacious. We brought our dog and the neighborhood is very quiet and dog friendly so great for daily walks. We were sorry when our stay was over!

Just what we hoped it would be

This is a cozy place, well appointed. Owners have lots of little extras that my wife loves..like pump soap at every sink, cleaning supplies etc. it’s a great quiet location to unwind. We’d come back to it for sure.

Nice vacation

Property is supper clean and well organized. Fenced backyard is small but sufficient to let dog outside at night. Location near the beach, short driving distance to St. Augustin, state parks, glossaries, and restaurants. Communication with owners was excellent. We enjoy our stay very much. Highly recommending for vacation with dog. Thank you!

Peaceful, Beautiful Ocean Villa at Vilano Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Villa! The proximity to the beach was wonderful, enjoying morning walks and relaxing days on the beach. The unit was lovely, comfortable and well stocked with chairs, towels and more for our time at the beach! The relaxing nature of our stay was nice as we are moving down to Florida and needed to do some appointments for our build. The host was great at communicating and we loved that they provided so much information about the area, restaurants and attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gem of a property and location

We could not have had a more pleasant and memorable stay! The condo is not only pleasantly decorated and arranged with everything well thought-out, but also in such a perfect location which permitted so many convenient options for us. Ocean Villa Vacation

Very clean! Nice condo in a very nice neighborhood. Quiet backyard with lawn furniture and a hammock. So thankful for the wagon in the utility closet. It came in very handy going to the beach. Love, love, love the upstairs bathroom. The skylight over the shower is unique. Overall a fantastic experience! Elena was great to communicate with.

What a WONDEFUL place!

My family and I stayed in this lovely condo from July 7th to 14th. I cannot express enough how lovely this place is. The pictures do not do it justice! Extremely clean, well maintained, fully stocked with essentials, etc. Our GSD really enjoyed the neighborhood walks. I would take him on walks a few times daily around a near perfect rectangle of adjoining streets that totals about 3/4 mile for 1 lap. I would even walk him down to the beach which takes about 8 minutes to walk to. For anyone wondering ( I know we were), just across the entrance to the neighborhood is a walking path that leads you to the ocean. If you want to drive there, there is public parking all over and the nearest is on 11th street which is about a 3 min drive from the condo. Just behind the condo is a public boat ramp along with a fishing pier. We spent countless hours there fishing the ICW and caught LOTSSS of fish!! The host was extremely helpful and quick to answer any of the questions I messaged her. I have stayed at plenty of rentals over the years and this one was by far the BEST I have ever rented. If you’re staying in St Augustine and considering or comparing this condo to others, stop already and reserve this one NOW! You won’t regret it! Thanks again. We will definitely visit here again on our next trip down to Florida!

Perfect for us!

Ocean villa was a great place to stay for our long weekend. Community is quiet and close to everything. Townhouse was well stocked and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful and we enjoyed the extras! Great for the kids and could accommodate our dogs if we brought them. Elena and Gary were quick to respond to any questions. We will be back!

Very quiet neighborhood

Booking and communication with owner was a breeze. Elena Is a very gracious host and answers messages very promptly. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The backyard was secure and peaceful for my fur babies. The unit is on the end of the building so extremely quiet, which is important to me. Needless to say, I will definitely stay again and again.
