You can easily walk to Vilano Beach or the Intracoastal from this 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome, making it the perfect choice for your family vacation. The private, fully fenced backyard has a comfortable seating area for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including linens, towels, and beach towels. This property is also dog-friendly. You can use the provided wagon to transport your beach towels and take your family and dog to the beach to enjoy the summer breeze!

New restaurants and shopping on Vilano Beach! Try the new rooftop bar, lunch on the water, or breakfast at the Magic Beach Motel. What a great place to visit!

Lovely neighborhood. Great location. Pet friendly. Upstairs bedroom is spacious with king size bed and large bathroom. Downstairs bedroom is tailored towards children or young teens with queen bed and bunk bed above it.

My family and I stayed in this home over Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-kept. Not a huge place, but the perfect size for my family of 4 and the children especially loved their room with the bunk bed. Walls are a little thin, but as long as neighbors aren’t partying, it’s all good. Communication with the owner was very good and prompt, especially when we had questions about a flood light in front of the condo. Location was nice and quiet in the neighborhood and tucked away from some of the holiday traffic and noise. Nice spot for a quiet getaway.

Other than them trying to ask my husband to come over and mow the lawn while we were staying there I didn’t like that, but it was overall and outstanding beautiful place. People are very nice. Great area.

Great Townhome Getaway

Location was in a really nice & quiet neighborhood. Near to the ocean. We were in St. Augustine for a baptism on the beach and this was the perfect location for the event we were attending. Townhouse was clean. Easy to find and we were able to park right in front of the unit.

What a great place to stay!!

The rental was awesome and very clean. It was close to the beach and St. Augustine. We would definitely stay there again. Also, it was a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Nice quiet place and great for dogs

This place was just right for what we were looking for to spend a few days with our 2 dogs. Tucked away from the street. A nice neighborhood to walk the dogs. I’d definitely recommend this place for people traveling with dogs.

Lovely, clean property

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. I particularly liked that they had a minimal list for check out procedures. We would definitely stay again.

Great unit and location

We were in Vilano Beach for a family reunion. The place was located a short drive from everything. The unit was beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and giant televisions for family viewing when needed.

Wonderful!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for us! We had 4 adults and 1 kid and we were more than comfortable and I’d say room for plenty more with comfort! Very clean and just as I expected! 5 out of 5 would definitely stay here again! Before I even booked the host was very quick to respond to all questions I had!

Very Pleasant Spring Break

Nice little place. Love that they are dog friendly. One thing like others have mentioned the trash is FULL like overflowing and I know the reply is trash comes Monday. But maybe getting more bins (not sure if thats possible)so that it can make it to Monday without having to take some trash home. Overall would stay there again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is not well maintained. Upon arriving for an extended stay both major (broken dishwasher) and minor (broken cabinet, blinds, full garbage cans. cleanliness) problems were found. The dishwasher was particularly inconvenient due to limited kitchen counter top and cabinet space. As evidenced by water damaged flooring it was broken for an long time and took 10 days to fix the electronics and gasket. It is obvious that repairs are made in response to a complaint and not preemptively.

So sorry about your concerns about this property. As you know, our property manager took out the trash ON TRASH day ..6:00am Monday. As far as the repairs, we did not know it was broken. When you reported that it needed maintenance, Our property manager was there promptly..discussed it with the repairman and he ordered the part. The part was delayed due to it being ordered over a holiday weekend. When the part arrived, our repairman was able to fix the dishwasher over the weekend since he knew there were guests on the property. The repair was also delayed because it was difficult contacting you to allow us in the property while you were staying there. Our company tries our very best to accommodate our guests.

Locked out of property for hours

Rented home for 4 days, in early December with my two daughters. We brought our two Frenchies. One of which had recently had spinal surgery. My daughters and I went to dinner Saturday evening and came back at 10:30. When we tried to enter the property the electric lock would not open. We frantically called the management number on the listing, leaving multiple messages and pushing the ring button outside the property. All the while our dogs who were in kennels were going nuts. Eventually a clearly intoxicated owner answered the ring and at first complained how late it was( we had at this point been outside for an hour) then promised to get a hold of the manager. He kept assuring is that this would get resolved and that he would compensate us for the inconvenience.. Eventually the manager showed up. She did not have a hard key, the owner had not left it available and a locksmith had to be called. All in we were locked out for 4 hours, finally getting access to the property at 2 am. My dogs were traumatized and we missed his pain meds by hours. The next morning he was shaking and had to take him into a local animal hospital to a bill of 1200. All and all the trip we had looked forward to turned into an expensive disappointment. All of which could have been avoided had the management company checked the batteries in the lock and the owner had given the keys to the manager before renting the property. The owner never got back to us. No compensation was given. While we were not expecting anything overt, the lack of follow up shows a total lack of integrity on his part.

Hi Jacqueline, I am so sorry for all the confusion that night. When I was called to the property, it only took me 15-20 minutes to get to you. The batteries are changed every month, I'm not sure why yours died so quickly. Yes, we did have to wait for the locksmith (45 minutes)and that is completely our fault for not being better prepared. I was not part of the conversation between you and the Owner so I'm not sure how to respond to your comments. When we opened your door the dogs seemed well, I'm sorry they were so stressed. Since your visit we have put a lockbox on the back door with an emergency key inside, so this will not happen to anyone else. Kelly St Augustine Retreats

Neighbors were friendly and helpful and the neighborhood was perfect for walks and biking. It’s just far enough from the commotion of St Augustine but close enough to enjoy all the sights the town has to offer. One thing I really liked was being so close to so many beaches with all being dog friendly. If for some reason I can’t get back I know Henry certainly will!🐶

My daughter and our 10 yr old terrier stayed through the Thanksgiving holiday and we really liked the place. It was updated outside with a nice fire pit. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I definitely would recommend this place.

House Across the street from beach

We enjoyed our stay. The property was close to everything we were wanting to do yet very private & quiet which was exactly what we wanted. We celebrated 2 Birthdays & a 35 yr Wedding Anniversary. A perfect visit at the perfect time. Thank you - see you again
