Tucked away at the end of a quiet street and backing to national forest land, Alpenview Lodge is a cozy retreat only three minutes away from Breckenridge. Decorated in a rustic craftsman style with two living areas, office, game room with shuffleboard and Golden Tee, plus a fully-appointed gourmet kitchen. Take in the expansive mountain views from inside or on one of the outdoor deck areas - one of which includes a plumbed-gas grill. Or relax in the soothing hot tub or by a fire in the firepit or one of two fireplaces.
The Layout:
• First floor: family room with OLED TV, game room and wet bar; bedroom with queen bed; hall bath; and laundry room with washer/dryer and heated ski storage room
• Second floor: kitchen and dining room with seating for 6-8 plus 3 at the bar; living room; office; bedroom with queen bed; and hall bath
• Third floor: primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath; guest bedroom with king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and ensuite bath
The Area:
Alpenview Lodge is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood but less than 2 miles from Breckenridge, with its world-renowned ski resort encompassing 187 trails on almost 3,000 acres, great for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The picturesque Breckenridge downtown district bustles with boutiques, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options. The Breckenridge area also offers a wide variety of outdoor pursuits – hiking, biking, golf, flyfishing, kayaking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and much more!
Bring up to five cars (two garage spots and three in the driveway) or take one of the many airport shuttle options and use the free Summit Stage shuttle just at the bottom of the hill to get into Breckenridge, then use the Breck Free Trolley to get around.
Other things to know:
• Check-in is at 4pm
• Humidifiers, space heaters, and fans are provided in all bedrooms
• No pets, smoking or events
• Sleeps 10
• Minimum age to book: 30
• 4WD/AWD is required during winter months (Sep-May)
