Bright and updated home directly on Portage Lakes

A well-cared for and updated home right on the main chain of lakes across from Picks and Smoke On The Water. The neighborhood is peaceful and the home is centrally and conveniently located. House includes a dock slip, two-level deck, outdoor granite bar, firepit and open concept dining / living area inside.

Our home can sleep up to six visitors with its three bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and twin-bed bunk beds), two futons and two self-inflating air beds. All three bedrooms are located on a separate level from the living area, and the upstairs bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and spacious shower. The lower-level bathroom has a stall shower. Laundry facilities are included for your convenience free of charge. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.

The kitchen is fully updated and stocked with plates and utensils. Brew your morning coffee with our Ninja Coffee Bar (bring your whole bean coffee - we even have a bean grinder) and enjoy it on one of the many decks overlooking the water.

You can enjoy outdoor dining with a full size dinner table, granite bar with four stools, and a 4-burner propane grill with tools. On the upper deck, you can relax around the propane firepit on the outdoor sectional couch.

Both decks and the balcony boast stunning views of the water. The dock has a slip for your boat if you own one, or we can make recommendations on where to rent a pontoon. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard are available for use during your stay. If fishing is your thing, you can do so right from the dock. We have a ladder to get into the lake for swimming off the dock as well.

Proximity is everything with our property - you're close to multiple bars and restaurants, multiple golf courses within a short drive, and close to local parks and towpath.
