DOCK:

We have a large partly covered dock with seating area. Guests DO NOT have access to a boat slip. You may tie to the side of the dock.



WATER DEPTH

As of December 3, 2025 we have 10 feet of water at our dock which is plenty for any size boat!



PATH TO THE DOCK

Our dock is only 200' from the back of the house and the path is a paved easy slope. If anyone in your group cannot walk down the stairs, y'all can also walk from the front driveway along our 340' pave pathway beside the house and down to the dock.

Getting Around:

You'll need your car to get here, but also consider bringing or renting a boat to get around!

LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY

Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.



No motorized vehicles allowed on the property. EX Golf carts, ATV
