The Space:

The Azul Paraíso development offers a unique pool for each building, ensuring your pool is shared with just four other units for maximum privacy. Enjoy tranquility and relaxation on the sundecks while reading a book.



Inside the condo, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious island and a dining table for six. The expansive living room, featuring a couch and TV, opens to a large terrace that welcomes natural light and sea breezes, showcasing stunning views. The terrace includes a four-person dining table and a lounge area ideal for enjoying the tropical Costa Rican climate.



The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is furnished with two double beds, making it perfect for families or friends.



Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

Ocotal Beach is only a five-minute drive away, and is where the popular Father Rooster’s restaurant. The condo is only a 10-minute drive to Playas del Coco, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Taxi services are available to Playas del Coco, and only 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR).



Getting Around:

We suggest considering the option of renting a car, as it can greatly enhance your experience of the area around the house, allowing you to easily explore and embark on exciting adventures at your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.

We recommend considering a car rental, as it can significantly enhance your experience in the area. Having a car allows you to easily explore and embark on exciting adventures at your own pace.
