Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons adoré séjourner au condo. Le garde à l’entrée était très accueillant et sympathique. Le condo est très bien situé, près des restaurants et boutiques. L’endroit était propre et pareille comme sur les photos. La piscine privée ainsi que la terrasse nous ont permis de se rafraîchir durant les journées chaides. Le condo était très confortable et et nous nous sentions en sécurité. Tout était parfait.

Rough Ride

There was only one key in the lock box that controlled the door and all electricity. With a family of four all over the age of 18 it was hard to get around. There were a couple laminated info sheets so I used the email on it to contact the management like it said but apparently that was old info and I should have contacted through VRBO. The host did get us another key about 20 hours later. I was having WI FI issues so I didn't use VRBO at first, thinking email was easier. No pool was heated so that should be taken off the listing. The roads could have swallowed your car in that neighborhood.

Greatest security guard ever!!!

The place was super cool. Be aware that this is a tropical environment. Humidity is a thing and sometimes when there’s no air moving it can have an odor. It goes away after turning on the air conditioner. The security guard was so nice and helpful. Every time we walked by he was very friendly and polite. He made our stay very pleasant. The pool was cleaned multiple times and was a tad on the cold side but very nice. Kitchen was stalked with everything we needed including fresh drinking water. Like 5 gallons!!! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Great Time.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo for our babymoon. The place was great and we would stay there again if we could have a chance to. However, there were some things we didn’t not like. 1) The “flexibility” of cleaning staff. The time frame for the cleaning staff was between 12-5pm and the staff came in after 5pm at one point during the week. We felt we didn’t have the complete privacy during that time. 2) The shower didn’t have enough hot water. It only lasted ~3-5 minutes before water turned cold. 3) The pool area didn’t have enough lighting for us to hang in the outside space. The pros: the location was great! We were able to walk around easily. Many restaurants, coffee shops & bars were nearby. The condo was very safe with security being present most of the time. The condo is equipped with many things including kitchen utensils and etc. 9/10: would recommend :)

Très belle propriété avec une magnifique piscine à même le logement. Ma famille et moi avons grandement apprécié le condo et nous le recommandons tout-à-fait!

AMAZIN HOME

AMAZING ! We really loved the place, and the area around the condominium. La veleta is a pretty cool area with restaurant, bars and boutique. The access to the principal road is nearby so it was easy for us to go to the center and the playa of Tulum (we rent a car with a particular). There is a person in the front desk 24h/24h to secure the place and the front door lock has a code. We felt safe. We really enjoyed our time in the home, all the small details were present: the excellent coffee and a blender for smoothies in the morning. Soap and sponge for dishes, napkin, all the minimum necessary for making supper (pots, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices). Laundry soap, shampoo, and shower gel. There was plenty of toilet paper for all of us four, Towel for shower and pool. Garbage bag. We really appreciate all the small details and the decoration and the cleanliness of the place. Soundproofed walls. We recommend it !!!
