Welcome to fresh, clean, high country living at the Bear Paw Lodge. This 2-bedroom, 1/2-bath, condo is located in the hills of Flagstaff, in the highly sought after area of the Continental Country Club. Cute and cozy describes best this four season’s getaway. Inside the main living area, or outside on the deck, take in the panoramic views of the mountains and the rolling hills of the surrounding neighborhood.

***The home does have central heating for winter months. We do NOT have central air conditioning for the summer. We do provide portable air conditioners in several areas of the home***

**If you choose to bring a pet there is a pet fee associated with your stay, and we have an `all four on the floor` policy. This means the dog is allowed in the home as long as it stays off all beds and furniture. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay. **

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*

-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
