¡Adorable casa durante todo el año en una ubicación ideal! Minutos a las playas, carril bici, Falmouth Country Club (curso público) y ferries a Martha's Vineyard. Junio y septiembre es un secreto bien escondido en el Cabo. Ideal para un fin de semana, funciones familiares, bodas y otros eventos. This is such a great family house! Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, and Smitty’s Ice Cream. The house is nicely decorated and immaculately clean. It’s also well stocked with everything you could need or want for cooking or the beach. We hope to stay here again!

Family friendly home in East Falmouth

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Everything was clean and neat. It was a great house of first time in Cape Cod. The beaches, hiking, biking, and shops are all very convenient. Great communication with the property manager. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

Fantastic Property. Very clean. Had everything we needed for a proper beach vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, and the house felt large and cozy.We cooked dinner several nights, and had all the tools we needed.

Wonderful stay!

Very clean, bright space for our summer family vacation! We appreciated the large yard for 4 year old child to play and enjoy, the large driveway for some family to come and go for work during the week and the outdoor table for dinners together. Close proximity by car to downtown, minutes from Cape Cod Winery and short drive to beaches. Great experience with Jad's home.

Perfect week in Falmouth!

This house was just what we were looking for! It is very clean and comfortable, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a clean and well-stocked kitchen (with supplies) and family room. The deck was a great place to sit outside for breakfast. We were a short drive from the beach, fishing, tennis courts, bike trails, shops, the MV ferry, and great restaurants. Communication via VRBO with the property owner was easy and efficient. Great vacation all around!

Perfect house in East Falmouth

We really had a great time staying at this house. It was exactly like the pictures and the description. The very pretty house was comfortable for our group, and the location was convenient. We had everything we needed. The whole process was smooth and painless. Staying at this property was a major reason why we had such a great vacation.

A great Cape Escape

Had a great experience with this rental. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. Terrific back yard and deck, and well supplied kitchen. There was more than enough room for our 4 adults and 4 kids, and the kids loved that they could each have their own bed in the very large upstairs room. The beaches and Main Street area are a short and easy drive from the house, and it was a great launching point for other Cape day trips. I would easily stay here again and recommended it to family and friends.

We are always thrilled when our guests feel so comfortable in our home. We work hard during the year to assure that our summer guests have a wonderful vacation and that all their needs are met in our home. We are constantly updating things inside and out and will continue to do that so that our home is a very desirable rental in Falmouth.

Great family summer vacation!

We had a wonderful stay this week! The property feels updated, was very clean and has nice decor. There are two similar queen bedrooms downstairs that we used for adults and two bedrooms upstairs that we used for kids. It has a nice layout for families. We appreciated the big yard for kids to play in and the deck/grill for dinners. During our stay we visited several different Falmouth beaches that were a quick drive, downtown Falmouth (lots of shops and restaurants) and Woods Hole. The host, Jad, is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Mystic Getaway

Overall the place was great and communication with Jed was fantastic. The only disappointments were that it said for amenities the bikes were included, but the tires in the bikes were flat and airpump wasn't working. We ended up renting bikes. Also the listing says there are queen beds, but there was no queen size bed. The master bedroom was a full and same with the other bedrooms.

Terrific Stay!! Perfect House!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable. The yard is beautifully landscaped with shrubs and flowers. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck. The yard was great for the grandkids and for games. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Falmouth Fish Market was great for ordering lobsters cooked to perfection. Surf Beach was great for our crowd. Took a day trip to Marconi Beach which was stunning with seals swimming close to shore. House location was perfect and central to shopping, beaches. Lots of beach chairs. Went clamming for first time at Bourne Pond which is right across the street from another one of the beaches which was perfect for us. Smitty’s Ice Cream was right around the corner and a really fun place for great ice cream with an old trolley outside for the kids to play in and live piano music! House is air conditioned. Bathrooms were clean, dishwasher and washer and dryer worked well. The house is bright and airy with big screen TV and a huge sectional couch. Jad, the owner was extremely helpful for questions and very responsive. The traffic getting on to the cape was not bad at all. We crossed the bridge around 2pm and only had an 8 minute wait. Highly recommend this home! Thank you Jad! 💙🦞⛱️

Fantastic Thanksgiving!

We rented the house because it was close to my grandmother for Thanksgiving. Everything was just as advertised, clean, well supplied and functional. Love this house, would definitely stay here again.

Great House on the Cape

Amazing stay for a family trip to the Cape. We had 7 adults stay comfortably. The house was spotless, beautifully updated and within a short drive or bike ride to Falmouth, the Cape Cod Winery and so much more. Jad was a great communicator and helpful host.

AUGUST 2020 Vacation

The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. TV's posed some difficulties for us but may be due to us not being familiar with Xfinity product. Bedrooms on the first floor were a little to warm but ceiling fans provided some needed relief. Owner, Jad, was very responsive when we needed her. Overall our stay was quite pleasant.

A great 10 days in Falmouth!

The house was great for me and my family. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms, huge backyard, great deck, close to Falmouth Heights beach, Island Queen ferry to MV, and about 3-4 miles from Falmouth Center and the shining sea bike path. There is a lot to do in Falmouth! One recommendation is to bring an extra fan or two, some of the bedrooms were a little warm despite the ceiling fans. Jad is 100% super fast with responding to any questions. Would definitely rent here again!

Week in Cape Cod

This home was very easy and comfortable for a week’s stay in the Cape. Not too far from downtown Falmouth and beaches. On the days we didn’t feel like doing anything we were able to comfortably stay “home” and read and eat in with ample comfortable seating and tables Inside and out.
