Highly recommend for your next stay in Rochester! It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and the house is quite new. Very spacious with lots to do onsite. I really liked the guest mode on the tvs to allow you to sign in but automatically sign you out at the end of the stay.

This was a great house for my family to stay. Our adult children had plenty of room and enjoyed the basketball game. The kitchen was full of utensils for cooking, as well as for dining in. We had a great time; thank you!!

What an an amazing comfortable home! We had 3 couples spend 3 days at the house and there is everything you need and more included with this home. I have rented many homes and this is the first one that has an abundant supply of napkins, paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and even some bathroom necessities if you forgot something.The beds, pillows and furniture are very comfortable along with a huge kitchen island and table to play games prepare food etc.The game room in the lower level is a huge plus along with the availability of a heated garage on very cold mornings.Highly recommend staying here!

Great spot for a family gathering

Our family is spread out across the country, but we enjoy renting a house together a couple times a year to hang out for awhile. The Bella Retreat was a great spot with very comfortable beds, toasty bedding, some games on the lower level, and a fully equipped kitchen. Room for our big family to have a great time!

Everything was amazing! The house was perfect for our family weekend getaway and the owner had a ton of little touches set up for us when we arrived. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies, spices, utensils, great pots and pans, everything we needed to make any meal in the house. The only issue we had was the tv logged out of the Roku and the owner was able to walk us through resetting it via text very quickly. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge, there’s a large gym and the game room were perfect for the younger kids with us. The only downside was the cold weather so we couldn’t take advantage of the screened in porch or the great fire pit in the back yard. Owner was accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours early.
