Esta hermosa casa construida a medida se encuentra en un tranquilo vecindario ejecutivo y está convenientemente ubicado a 4 millas de la Clínica Mayo. Cuenta con un concepto de piso abierto que incluye una cocina de chef totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades culinarias. Disfrute de una conversación o una comida mientras se sienta en la isla de granito o cene con amigos y familiares en el cómodo comedor con vista al patio arbolado. Hay una terraza cubierta con muebles finos y una parrilla para su uso fuera de la cocina / comedor. Encontrará la sala de estar acogedora y cómoda. Mire sus programas / películas favoritas en nuestro televisor inteligente mientras disfruta del calor de una chimenea de gas. El gran dormitorio principal king está en el piso principal. Adjunto se encuentra el lujoso baño principal con pisos de baldosas con calefacción, lavabos dobles, encimera de granito y ducha grande con azulejos. Hay mucho espacio para sus cosas en el vestidor adjunto. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen con ropa de cama fina y sala de estar. Great comfortable home. We stayed 2 weeks so I wanted to cook some meals and the cookware was some of the best I’ve seen in a VRBO property (great job!). Beds were very comfortable and living room was perfect. I recommend you stay here when visiting Rochester.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Stay in this home was perfect for our 3 week stay in Rochester for Mayo appointments! Just like being at home, neighborhood was safe to go on walks too, plus wooded backyard full of wildlife!

We stayed in Rochester to attend a family wedding. The property was very nice and we were close to family. This property is very spacious. My adult children stayed bottm floor that had two living rooms.

Great property

House is as described and shown in the images. Very clean, very comfortable. Cute neighborhood with young families, a playground/park, and good walking. Conveniently located to all needs locally. Only issue is the kitchen table only seats 4 persons. Difficult to manage as we were a party of 6 and cooked in the well equipped kitchen each night. Highly recommend this property and host. Excellent experience!

The Perfect Escape

We had some treatments at Mayo clinic that lasted for 3 weeks. The house is only about 5 miles from clinic. Close enough, but far enough way that you feel you entered another world. We found this house to be the perfect escape from the days at Mayo. The main floor was light and airy and looked out onto woods. The deck also looked out onto the woods and since we had nice weather spent a lot of time on the deck. The house is big and we did not really use the lower level, but we thought we might have a larger family gathering which would have worked well. That did not occur. The house is also filled with TV's of various sizes. Again, we did not use all that was available but with a larger group would have worked well. I especially liked the heated floor in the master bath and the large shower. The pictures are a good representation of the home and the neighborhood was perfect for walking. We had a few questions and owner answered promptly.

Great home.

Our family stayed at this home when we travelled to Minnesota for our Father's memorial service. It is a beautiful home and met all of our needs. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, as we have 2 amazing chefs in our family and they found everything needed to make some great dinners. The home is on a very nice street and the back yard borders onto a wooded area which made it very private. We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Family Get-away Home

Our family of 8 spent a week here over the Christmas break. Modern, super clean, beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room for everyone. Spacious bedrooms. Huge TV on the lower level for gaming and watching movies. Big kitchen with large granite-topped island made meal preparation easy. This place had everything we needed for a great holiday. I can heartily recommend it!

Stunning Rochester home

This home was not only the most beautiful VRBO home we've stayed in, but equally as comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect and in a very safe neighborhood with easy access to all areas of Rochester. The owner was very accommodating and always got back to us in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend choosing this home to rent.

Great place to stay!

The home was beautiful and very clean. The photos were exact. The owner was wonderful and flexible with us. Very accomodating. The location was great, neighborhood area, sidewalks for taking walks. Clothes to the city of Rochester and Mayo Clinic. We went for a girls weekend getaway and enjoyed just hanging out in the home. The fireplaces were toasty warm and there was ample room for all of us. It is a brand new home and so we know the owner may need to look at getting a few more supplies, such as soap dispensers in the tub area, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, salt , pepper, sugar, sweetners. We think a gas grill would be a great addition. We have stayed at several other VRBO homes that have these things available. But that all being said, it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it!

The most excellent of rental homes anywhere near Rochester. No kidding.

Two of us stayed in this perfect home for a six week period while one of us was undergoing medical care at the Mayo Clinic. I searched all available homes in the area and this one just seemed too good to be true. It wasn't. It was easy to find, in excellent condition, had everything we needed in perfectly working order, more bedrooms than we needed even for our occasional guests, great walking paths, and a highly responsive owner that quickly answered any questions...of which there were very few. The home was our place of refuge for six weeks, and it even felt like home when the time came for us to leave. I very honestly couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking for a safe, nice, large and fully functional temporary rental home in the Rochester area. You will love it too.
