Phoenix West 1608



Our condo is on the 16th floor in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Nearly 2,000 sq. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished.



Amenities: Our unit has full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with Ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room with additional flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!!



Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, the third bedroom has two Queen beds, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddie pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof-top tennis courts.



We also have the condo next door should you need more space!



The nearby Wharf and Tanger Outlets feature world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including outdoor concerts by nationally-known artists.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We could not have been happier with this condo/property! Clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out. Kids loved the lazy river/slide, and so did we! The close proximity to the beach was also perfect! Our host communicated promptly and we had no issues at all. Thank you for a wonderful vacation full of memories!!!

Could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was beautiful, the view was perfect. But as far as cleanliness, they should fire the cleaning staff. Two of our bedsheets were dirty and had an awful smell to them when we got there. We washed them and some of it came out but they were pretty stained. Would not stay at this particular resort again. They close all the pools(yes EVEN THE INDOOR POOL) when lightning is within 10 miles. And for 30 minutes after the last strike(so they say, but they wouldn’t open it back up for an hour). You can’t even sit in the chairs by the pool. And with the weather like it is, you miss a lot of sun that way because storms roll in and out all the time. Elevators were slow. Front desk lost our paperwork so we had to go back down and sign again. All the staff was very nice, but there’s so many resorts down there that I would pick a different one.

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and well maintained. All rooms had ceiling fans. We loved the lazy river and the view from the condo. The parking garage was also nice to have. The condo had a wet bar area with ice maker-loved. For checkout, very little for renter to do.One negative was that beach tents could only be set up far back from shore. If you were not in the water with your family, you could not see them from your beach tent as the rented beach chairs were all in front of where you were sitting. We’ve never experienced that situation before and we definitely didn’t like it. If anything kept us from coming back to this location, it would be that we felt we were being “punished” for having a tent versus an umbrella or renting their chairs. The other negative was the beds were very loud getting in and out of them. Make sure to where shoes on pool deck, it gets fire hot.

We visited for a girlfriend’s retirement. Everything was great! Very clean, spacious for 7 of us, perfect couch for all of us in the living room. The beach chairs were an excellent surprise!! Loved the lazy river. The staff renting the umbrellas and chairs were fabulous!! One tub needed a drain plug. Curtains would have been nice in the living room. Needs a new iron, leaked water everywhere. We did have an issue with getting a parking pass because of reservations not matching VRBO and the front desk. Needs a pan to cook cinnamon rolls.

Great trip! Condo was very nice and had really nice facilities. Would definitely stay again if the following things were addressed! The only issue we had was the master bed was broken. Something in the mattress or boxspring was loose. It was extremely loud to sleep on and the right side of the mattress was like sleeping in a hole. All of the other beds were fine though. The door knobs wouldn’t stay locked on the bed rooms or bathrooms. Security was very present which was very nice! Felt very safe here.

Wonderful trip at this lovely place

We brought our 84 year Mom. Her health is failing and she asked for a trip to the beach. All five of her children and our spouses brought her to Orange Beach and I believe it made her very happy for maybe her last visit to her happy place on earth.

Lovely place

The place was so spotless. I loved the view from the 16th floor. Property is very safe and has a ton of security. My kids favorite part was the lazy river because it was a little chilly outside one day. The condo had plenty of twels and very comfortable beds.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our visit. Everything was beautiful and clean. Could’ve used a couple extra items like more dishwasher soap and garbage bags but that’s being too nit picky. We will definitely be back!!!

Definitely would stay here again!!

The condo was perfect and just as described. Very spacious and we loved that it had 4 bathrooms. It was perfect when all 9 of us were getting ready for dinner each night. The staff and security were very helpful and extremely friendly. Our kids LOVED the lazy river and we adults definitely got our steps in going back and forth between the pool, beach, and lazy river multiple times each day! We would all agree that we would stay here again!
