Welcome to The Evergreen A Frame in Helen Ga. I'd like to tell you about my home.
The Evergreen will offer a retreat for you that far surpasses other vacation homes in Helen Ga.
We are located in the City limits of Helen, so it's super convenient to downtown, and The Evergreen is still quiet and private.

Our cabin is Brand New, (no worn out or dated furnishings here!). You will find;
All Paved roads leading to home
Loads of Natural Light
Private Hot Tub

3 Bedrooms, 2 with King Size Beds, 1 with 2 Full Size Beds.
Each Bed offers premium bedding and down alternative pillows (soft and firm on each bed)

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The A-Frame Cabin was ideal for our short trip to GA. Only complaint was there were not plates but everything else was ideal.

Can't complain about a thing. It's a unique style house with everything you could want in a mountain getaway, and the location was perfect. Worth every penny!

This beautiful, modern property was super cute, very modern finishes, and just overall great . We loved that we felt safe as the home is located on the golf course and it’s gated . Super close to downtown . We couldn’t have picked a better spot .

The house is beautifully furnished for a vacation home and is equipped with everything needed. Located close to all attractions in Helen and staff is very helpful and professional. If I visit Helen again I will gladly stay there.

This A-frame home is gorgeous. So cozy and has all the amenities you need for an amazing get away. New and modern, the home is beautiful. Our family had a great Oktoberfest trip. Great location to everything. Loved the backyard with hammocks and fire pit. I cannot recommend this home enough. Very kiddo friendly.

The house is wonderful in every detail! We had everything we needed there, plus beautiful welcome gifts. Extremely clean, with elegant daylight, and a unique, cheerful and cozy decor. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us, we take care of the house as if it were ours. ❤️

Not Private - Nearby Construction - Not Cleaned Properly

Home is nice and new, but the photos are misleading. There is a home being built not 60 feet from the front door of this home. The two homes have a shared driveway, and the contractors will double park behind you or block the driveway entirely. The home was not cleaned properly - there was old garbage in the kitchen trash can, and the bathroom trash cans contained used sanitary products from a prior occupant. Door code didn’t work when we arrived, and local staff is unresponsive.

Beautiful home, unfortunate location

The home is very beautiful, and very clean. It was difficult to heat with how cold it was leaving the living room freezing and the bedrooms burning up. The property location is a bit frustrating and tricky at first, but once we got it, it was no problem. Our family loved getting to see each other and loved the facility. However what we really hated was the large dumpster directly outside the large window wall. The beautiful view on the listing is inaccurate as it’s a large construction of another home directly in front of the window. Not exactly the beautiful scenery we expected. We were extremely disappointed and the pictures of the view really need to be updated. We likely would’ve booked elsewhere if we had known. Despite this, overall it’s a beautiful home, very comfortable, and the set up was very hospitable.
