About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

You will be located within a 5 minute drive of anything in Lake City, but also be able to look out the back door into a beautiful horse farm.

This place is the best of all worlds with modern renovated kitchen and bathrooms, space and location!

(Also has Fenced in Back Yard)
The space
This home has been filled with love and good memories by a growing family prior to it going on so we’d like to allow others to experience the same!

This 3/2 house conveniently located in town, but backs up to a horse farm. You can be anywhere in town in 5-10 minutes from this location located extremely conveniently between downtown and the interstate.

There are 3 cozy bedrooms, and 2 modernized bathrooms which have been remodeled in the past 2 years.

The kitchen has been a home chef’s dream with a lot of counter space and immediate access to the living with a very open design.

The living room is a great space to congregate or relax with plenary of natural light and access.

The sun room is a great light workout space with a view into the back yard and beyond.
Guest access
You will have full access to the home but not the detached garage out back.

Used Noah as a host before at different properties and he has been a great host everytime. The house is nice, the neighborhood is not bad depending on which road you take in. Never had any concerns. Might be nice if the master bedroom would have a queen size bed. Some extra info could be provided as part of the welcome email and I mentioned that to the host. Nothing major. House was comfortable and we had enough room for our needs. Our small dog enjoyed the space as well. There is a doggy door leading to the back porch but that room has a door that doesn't close at the moment. Still a nice place to enjoy the quiet & nature behind the house, to include a horse in the field that backs up to the property.

The house is beautiful! 3 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The kitchen has everything that you could think of needing. The back patio had awesome light for the screened in porch. Seamless check in and out process. The property manager Noah will come there if anything is needed for the house. I texted him and 5 mins later he fixed the issue. Overall wonderful experience and we will be going back.

Lake City Stay

My family and I stayed in this cute home for my niece’s softball state championship. Centrally located to restaurants, groceries, and 2 minutes from the field. We will stay again next year!

Enjoyable stay

Getting into the house was seamless. The house was clean. A pack n play was available for my 1 year old. The beds were comfortable. I only wished there was a grill in the backyard. Otherwise the house was perfect for our little family of 5 (kids 6, 4 and 1)We lost power and contacted the owner and he called the power company and helped make sure it was resolved quickly. Very nice guy. We loved our 4 night stay. Orherwaie

Rodeo Extended Weekend

This is the second year we have attended the Gateway Rodeo together as a multi-family gathering and staying at this location for our accommodations. Perfect for family trip

The house was perfectly located to central Lake City, and all the friends & family we were in town to visit. The open layout of the living area & kitchen was perfect for family meals, lounging and conversation. Communication with the host was excellent. All in all, a great rental for our needs and we'd happily visit again.

Family Wedding Weekend

My granddaughter got married in Live Oak and the venue was not far away from us. It was a great location, great value and very quiet neighborhood. Since we had a teenager with us thank goodness for great Wi-Fi connection. I would recommend this house to any family. Thank you for letting us stay! SM and Family

Good time

The place is nice. We had one issue when we got there we contacted the host and he was there in 5 minutes to take care of it. We had a great stay. When we are back in the area we will book this place again.

Great family house

Very comfortable and accurate listing. Clean. No concerns at all and we would stay again when we are in town to see family. Quiet neighborhood. Was an excellent spot for my sisters and I to stay when we came home for family event.
