Sit by the lake and watch the ducks!
The house is nicely sized and very well taken care of. We spent hours(!) sitting in the backyard, watching the ducks and cranes go about their business, often within feet of us. The location couldn't be more convenient if you have things to do in/around Lake City.

Lake City Vacay
Neighborhood is old. House was remodeled well! House was clean with the exception of the master shower. We didn’t even take a shower in it because the cleaners didn’t even clean the walls. Had previous renters hair literally on the walls by the shampoo rack and on the opposite wall from shower head. That ruined the whole stay at that house for us. 5 people shared the other bath which took a while. Luckily we wasn’t there much only to sleep and get ready for our activities and reasons for being there. If the shower was cleaned properly and as a paying customer especially for what we paid it should have been the stay would have been good. Hope the owners find a new cleaning service if they want to stay in the short term rental buisiness. Wife just told me about hair in the towels. Needed garbage cans in bathrooms and bring some TP with you.
